I have an Excel spreadsheet which has a column called versions.  I am trying to display the version number outside of the pie chart and display a breakdown of the different version number counts in the pie chart.  Can anyone help me out with this?

I see how to alternate shaded rows and how to fill the whole table but is there a way to fill just one row with a color or highlight the text? Already used underline/bold but need a way to highlight certain rows in the table.

My organization recently started using Lucid’s SSO with Microsoft. The downside of this is that my email address via Microsoft SSO is different, but the old address redirects to the new address and I can no longer access my old account at all. Is there any way to get access to my old documents?

Bonjour,La couleur d'arrières plan et les couleurs de remplissage de forme terminateur ne sont plus visible?

Hi There! I am having some trouble when visualizing my document on the “working board” the color blocks are not coming through. However, when I export my document to PDF it looks good and the color blocks are there. Please, need some help. Thank you.Sandra

I believe I have found a bug that I can replicate in multiple templates or documents. If conditional formatting is used to apply a shape style (e.g., change the background fill color) based on the swimlane name that shape is located in, and the swimlane order in the diagram is later changed, the conditional formatting follows the order of the swimlanes and not the swimlane name. The conditional formatting feature is great, but this is a deal killer for the way we intended to use conditional formatting.I’ve created a template that has all our department and external business partner names as a swimlane. Then used conditional formatting to have each shape dropped within that swimlane match the swimlane header color. All great until swimlanes are re-ordered or unneeded ones are deleted. If this apparent bug could be resolved, the conditional formatting feature would be a major timesaver for our intended use.

When I open a new blank document I get a grey screen. I add shapes but I cannot see anything other than grey. When I then open the same document using Google Chrome on my PC (Win10) it works fine. I can see the shapes I added. Using Google Chrome on iMac (macOS Sierra) I see nothing but grey.

I'm working on a chart and I'd like to set font size to default to "auto" so I don't have to resize every piece of text I add automatically. I've tried using the "Set Default Style" option but that doesn't seem to be working. What can I do to avoid the tedium of manually setting each shape to "auto" font sizing.

Hi,  I'm importing a few vector PDF files from Miro into Lucid (up to 95 kB each), and they automatically become Lucidspark files instead of Lucidchart. I have an individual subscription, so I have a limited amount of editable Lucidspark files available. How can I change the default type of imported files to Lucidchart instead of Lucidspark?

I have a paid account but whenever I click on “Replace Dataset” button I’m prompted with this  upon “Activate...”    After the page refresh, I clicked on “Replace Dataset” and am prompted with the same popup again.

I want a bold, fairly fat line between flowchart nodes, like this.To get that i selected the line and then used the line width dropdown at the top of the canvas, and set it ti 9px, and it worked great. But now for subsequent nodes, when i do that, my selection in pixels is essentially ignored. Here i show that i have the line between two nodes selected. The difference is that “Yes” is superimposed on the line (which is good, that is what i want). Now when i go up to the line width dropdown, i change the line width. The dropdown reads, 9px, say. When i click back to the canvas...the line has not changed, it is still thin like it used to be. How do i get this line to be thick, 9px, like the other one. Do i have to make sure the line has no text before i format it?  Etc?  Help me out! Thank you.

Hi, I love using Lucid for creating diagrams but even though I set navigation mode to mouse, right click and drag doesn’t work for me for some reason. I’m using Google Chrome. I tried Edge but the result is the same. You guys have any idea about what could be the reason for that? Thanks.

HiI need to create an org chart within Lucid Charts using a Hybrid Model Layout instead of the standard layout (i.e. the people who report into a manager go down instead of across) as we want a narrower org chart. See below.Visio can do this - but I do not see that design option in Lucid. Can someone point me in the right direction if it’s there?

How does one rotate text within a shape? I've seen this asked before but as yet unable to find the response. Thanks.

I need to depict complex JSON transformations, so that we can track specific fields as they move from UI to API call to backend service to database.  It’s almost a sequence diagram, but what I really need to represent is how data flows from one layer to another through differently shaped payloads. One of my concerns is the complexity of the JSONs and how deeply nested some structures are.Are there any examples, templates, or articles that discuss how to do this?  I am barely experienced with Lucid, so any advice would be appreciated.  For example, is it possible to expand and collapse portions of the JSON?  Can connectors be drawn from field to field, so that they stay connected during the development of the diagram?  Are there tools better suited to this use case?

How can I format a org chart box to show have diagonal lines as a background?

I have previously created a series of documents that I need to export as PNGs. When trying to export recently the ‘do not crop’ option, which previously allowed exporting an image with correct A4 dimensions, now adds a border around the image. How can I export my image without the border? The custom crop option is not sufficiently precise.

O Painel Contextual para edição de fluxogramas não abre as Opções Avançadas, impossibilitando excluir ou adicionar raias, bem como realizar outras edições nas atividades mapeadas. Como fazer para corrigir isso?

Is there any way to switch the logged in account that is being used? I have two accounts, one for work, one for personal use, and I can’t find anyway to not have lucid auto log me in to the work account, so I have to use a separate browser for each account.

Hi there When I'm creating a chart sometimes I use the sub-process box which has a dotted line on it.  When I print to PDF the dotted line dissapears.  This is using a Chromebook (pixelbook go).  The rest of the features render as they do on screen.

HELP I logged in today and all my documents were gone. I also don’t have access to my team’s templates anymore, where did they go???

I am running Confluence Data Center 7.19.21, and when I updated the Lucidchart plugin from version 1.27.0 to 1.27.1, the log4j-1.2.12.jar file showed up in Confluence’s plugin cache. This set off security alarms, since Log4j 1.x has been EOL since 2015: https://news.apache.org/foundation/entry/apache_logging_services_project_announcesWhy is Log4j version 1.2.12 found in Lucidchart 1.27.1, and can if it is deleted, will Lucidchart continue to work?
