Action Link to Lucidchart Document

The action link used to link a shape to another LucidChart document not working. I have tried multiple times to link a shape to another document in my LucidCharts document folder but every time I link it doesn't save the linkage. I've looked through the tutorials available and have been following each step but it's still not working.  For reference I'm in Chrome. The screenshot below is what it keeps coming back to after I've selected the document I wanted to link and hit save. You'll see that no link is saved. I was successful in linking other boxes to webpages.

I can't add line or background color to text boxes

It seems that te text feature is not working as expected in Lucid chart. Specifically when I add a text box to the chart, and then I try to add lines or background, the options are not available. Moreover, in any box, when I select the text and try to move it to the upper side or to the sides, the text does not move. I’m attaching the screenshot for this: unable to add lines to text box This is an example that the text does not move when moving around the text inside a shape.  I keep clicking on the “Up” button, but the text stays in the bottom of the shape.

Board keeps scrolling to the left

Hi…..can any one help…..when i go into either Lucidspark or chart …..by documents are just scrolling to the left on their own…………..so I can update or work on anything ………...it is really curious as i have never had this before. I have tried to see if its a setting …..but am lost as to how to fix it……...its like Lucid has a mind of its own😂…………… many thanks ……….

Flowchart 1

Create a flowchart for a program that logs the user's mood based on button presses. Button A sets the mood to "Joyful," and button B sets it to "Frustrated." Each time a mood is set, display a message like "Mood set to: [current mood]" using the show string block. Include a way to clear the mood log by pressing a different button (e.g. PIN 0), which should display "Mood log cleared!"

Master page applying but proportions are off

I’m experiencing an issue were my Master Page is being applied to all but some pages are showing different layouts and it’s causing some tabs creating extra canvases past the dotted page. I’ve had this document for almost two years and only make minor updates when needed but opening it up yesterday all I see all of those extra white space on most of the tabs and I think it’s from the Master Page but also I think some tabs are messed up as I remove anything close to the dotted lines and it’s still showing extra space generated. Nothing I could find online as bug or issue that someone else has experienced. I made sure the Master Page is applied to all, even those with the extra whitespace issue I right clicked on the tab to confirm the Master Page is being applied but the proportions are off compared to the actual master page. See what I’m seeing below - first picture is the Master Page, second picture is a tab that looks normal, no extra whitespace and the alignment of the logo, etc is

conditional formatting for line between shapes

hi is it possible to do a conditional formatting to have a specific line color between shapes? for example is shape = switch and shape = server then line = blueif shape = router and shape = router then line is red

Can't delete row in Lucidchart table

I am trying to delete a row in a table but when I select the row and click on the delete row icon only the first cell in the row gets deleted. Not sure what I'm doing wrong I've tried selecting the entire row using the shift/click method.  Thanks

Unable to link a shape to a Lucidchart document

I have followed the steps in the Help Section and also followed this thread which looks to be exactly the same as me I have done this: To link your shape to another Lucidchart document:Click the link icon in the Formatting bar. Select Document. Click Browse Documents. Select a document from your documents page in the pop-up modal. Click the thumbnail of the document you want to link to and use the arrows to toggle to a specific page. Click Select.The screen shot in the thread is different from mine as well  I select a document to link but it doesn’t seem to do anything. I try and Shift + CTRL + Click and it just highlights some other shapes.I can link to another page and link a URL, just not a document.I have Admin rights.​​​​​​​I also asked someone else to try and they have the same issue.

Problem with filling the color

When i click any part of the process map, e.g. symbols or frames, the app is changing the filled color to black. The same is when I select new symbol to be added - it’s changed into black filling. How can I fix that?

Unable to link Lucidchart workflow documents to one another

I am trying to link several workflow documents together, but the connection cannot be made.  I am guessing that there may be some functionality attached to subscription levels but there is no indication that this is the case.  I have tried layering but this is problematic for workflows that are still developing or evolving.Any insight would be great.

Bugs when export

When I export my BPMN diagrams, the sub-activities (dashed border) are being converted into regular activities (solid border). How can I resolve this issue? I’ve already tried exporting in formats other than PNG, but the problem persists.

Mindmap hangs while collapse or expand nodes

ERD Fails to import with relationships showing

I am unable to find out how to import a Database into an ERD.  It says in this help "You can then drag the database tables from the shape menu onto the canvas. If you have properly set up the primary and foreign keys, when you drag related tables onto the canvas, Lucidchart draws relationship lines automatically." This it does NOT do.  I have the ERD set up and showing correctly in both MySQL Workbench, and in DBeaver and it shows the relationships correctly.  When I follow the instructions it does everything except add the relationship links.  The CSV file does include the relationships they are just not working in Lucid. <SNIP></SNIP>The entities are all correctly listed in the ERD Import pane Also is there an easy way to add all tables - adding one at a time for 199 tables is tedious and liable to errors as scrolling is terrible.

Embedding Lucidchart area on Confluence page instead of whole page

Dear all I make heavy use of LucidChart / Park in projects and have the regular need to embed a LucidChart in Confluence pages.However I struggle to embed certain areas only. Embedding the whole page is not an option as I would end up with a very high number of pages in a document. How can I embed an area of a LucidChart page using the Confluence LucidChart Diagrams macro? I am happy about any advice!

Misunderstandings about Lucidspark storage space management

I have many misunderstandings about Lucidspark space management. At first, we had a collaborative project, and I created the document in Lucidspark with my personal account gracetrishhome@gmail.com; I upgraded it to the individual plan, and in the process of working, we had a problem with space.    After a significant amount of trying to understand how to clean a space, I realised this was impossible. Question: How can I clean the space? Any attempts to delete an image on the board do not have any effect. I found the topic in your comunity borad Troubleshooting: Storage – Lucid but there is nothing to help me.Also I found this topic Storage options for account with a lot of image-heavy documents | Community - it's the same problem. I also tried to transfer ownership of documents to another account (corporate), and now I can work with documents with another account. But my personal account still has 0 of 1 GB of space left.There are also no documents with pictures in the list of documen
