The new larger annotation-chip style for tags is too intrusive on roadmap cards. Previously, tags appeared as small coloured edge markers, while the full names were shown in the Tag Key. Please consider restoring the compact markers or adding a setting to choose between compact and expanded tag display. The compact style preserves roadmap readability and reduces visual clutter. Now Before

I could not interact layers (linked to main layer) in presentation view now. It supposed to show/hide layers when I click the button already linked to that layers in presentation view, but now I could only  show/hide layers in non presentation view with  ” Press ‘Shift+Ctrl‘ + click“ Could any one help me on this? Hi Lucidspark Community / Support Team,We are currently configuring our network environment for a Google Meet Series One Board 65 by Avocor in a restricted/private network segment. While general services function properly, we are experiencing issues using the Lucidspark whiteboard integration on this device due to restrictive firewall policies.Could you please provide or point us to the specific network requirements and technical specifications needed to ensure full functionality on this hardware? Specifically: Inbound & Outbound Ports: Which specific TCP/UDP ports need to be opened? Domain/URL Whitelisting: What specific domains, FQDNs, or IP ranges must be allowed through our firewall/proxy? WebSockets / Protocols: Are there specific WebSocket connections (wss://) or HTTPS protocols required for real-time collaboration? Proxy / SSL Inspection: Are there any known proxy configuration requirements or SSL interception caveats for Lucidspark running on Google Meet hardware? Any

Its really hard to use those TAGsIt is really hard to use in current shape and size, can you bring it back? Those smalle, which enlarged on click, were perfect.. Sometime better is an enemy of good.

Starting last week all of my files no longer export successfully to PDF. when opening in Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader I get an error in Adobe that ‘An error exists on this page. Please contact the person wo created the document to correct the problem.’ All files exported successfully before last week and now none do. I have tried incognito mode for Chrome without success. Cleared cache etc as well. Edge browser does not export successfully either. PDF displays fine in a webview but not the adobe app. no update was made to adobe as far as I know. Nobody else on my team is having the issue. When I have someone copy and paste designs from my Lucid into their own workspace, they receive the same error but can still export their own documents with PDF.

I have looked in my taskbar and in the upper right hand corner but i do not have a presentation button.  Does anyone else have that problem?

Looks like “Lucid Chart” got another “face lift” to remove functionality that will take months to learn how someone else thinks. The downloadable “application” doesn’t open documents any more (again).  When trying to open a document, the document won’t open, because it attempts to open it in a pop up window unless browsing inside a web browser window.  This was a problem about 6-12 months ago, and was stealth fixed (no announcement of it being broken, no announcement of it being fixed….it just magically started working again after it was reported).  it needs stealth fixing again.Shape names have disappeared in the shape library list.  Cannot see what the shape name is, only the graphic for it.  Makes it impossible to figure out which shape of the 1000’s of shapes that hundreds have the same or similar graphic to them that is the shape is desired to use.The Shape library tool cannot be directly accessed.  You have to “Search for shapes”, instead of just opening the shape library and sele

Hi,Unfortunately, you removed the ability to filter data in the smart table… You can only filter with AI, but most of the time, simple column filtering doesn’t work or leads to a long discussion with the AI. It makes me lose time. Could you restore the ability to filter a smart table connected to a dataset manually? Thanks

Starting Friday afternoon, the tags I’ve assigned to stickies won’t collapse to a pill so I can’t see what’s on the sticky on the left since the tags on the sticky to the right cover it. How can I get the tags to default to pills?

When I drag a line from a shape (any time) and let go - Lucid stops responding. I have to refresh the page or open a new page to continue creating a diagram. I am left with a screen that does nothing (no response). The mouse becomes a + icon on the screen and remains that way until I refresh the page or close and reopen the Lucid chart to be able to continue editing. This disrupts by preventing the user form doing anything more with the diagram until the page is refreshed or reopened.

Hi,I noticed a strange phenomenon regarding smart containers. For reasons I don’t understand Lucidchart messed up their formatting multiple times today. Do you know what was the reason of this unusual behavior of smart containers today? Sincerely,Gergo

As of October 9, 2026, the Loom and Zight integrations to record a video in Lucid have been deprecated.

Hi,Is there any way of totally disabling AI for my account? I don’t want to use it at all, and it’s proved invasive if not annoying, so far. Thanks in advance,Paul.

I have some layers invisible but when I Export → Image, the non-visible layers are still included.Export should only include visible layers.

If I select a shape in a Lucid document, right click it, and select “Save link to selection”. Then I go to a different place in the document and type control-V, it inserts a Goto Shape link. Then when I click on it the Lucid document instantly jumps to the target shape. I really need this functionality to be preserved when I export the document to PDF because I most save design documents in a FDA mandated QMS system. I can’t wave a web-resident document there, so I have to archive a PDF version. But when I export my Lucid documents to PDF, the Goto Shape link do not do anything at all when clicked.Does anyone know what to do about this?

Hi Community,I have couple of question.  We are using lucidchart diagram connector confluence plugin on one confluence cloud instance. Now we are migrating the confluence space data from one confluence instance to another confluence cloud instance. so after migration can we fix the lucidchart macro and make it work with the existing lucid chart diagram?Another Use Case: 2. Migrate the Diagram from one lucid chart account to another account and then migrate the confluence from one cloud instance to another cloud instance and link the confluence lucid chart macro to the new lucid account diagrams. Is this possible? if possible then how? Thanks,Sachin

Since the other thread is closed, I am opening a new one.  I was working on 6 documents and only of them have started the issue.  It will paste an object from another document into this broken document.  Once you delete it, it immediately pastes it again either in the same place or where the cursor is.  If I click the mouse button, it pastes the object where ever the cursor is.  This is ONLY happening on one of the documents. Here is what I have tried to fix this. I am on a Mac.I tried Edge. I tried Chrome. I tried an incognito window. I had a co-worker in another state with a Windows machine log into the document.  It did it for him too. I made a copy of the document, same thing. I deleted a bunch of the tabs from the copied document, still happens. In fact, when you pull up a tab, it pastes the object into that tab immediately. I went into history and restored to before I updated it today (it was last year).  Same issue on the restored document. It is not a browser issue given the fa

If I switch off “show authors” on the board settings, this works ok for new sticky notes dragged in, but when I add from the context menu on the sticky note, the author shows on the new sticky note. This is very annoying. Is there any way around this?

I accidentally deleted the ‘Flowchart Tools’ subsection from the ‘Flowchart’ section in the Shapes menu. How do I recover it?

I need use the icons por de brand A10, that includes Balancers

We have Lucid repositories that need to be cleaned up, including the files and repository directories. I am the owner of the repositories, but I’m still unable to perform the cleanup. Please let me know how I can proceed. I would appreciate your help with cleaning up the files and repositories.

I created a floorplan with a 12’ opening. It displays correctly horizontally, but not vertically

As we all know, some time ago sticky notes authors where introduced to Lucidchart (and Lucidspark, but I’m not a LS user). My first and foremost problem with this is, that it changed the default and learned behavior:before: sticky notes did not have authors after: author names are displayed on sticky notes everywhereIn my company we are using a lot of sticky notes since we are drafting and scribbling all the time with Lucidchart. Also on our production flow charts and architecture diagrams we use a lot of stickies to explain details and sometimes keep track of TODOs (it’s like source-code comments). The author names, especially when wrongly assigned (!), do not add value for us in most cases. Therefore I wished that when introducing such a feature, the default behavior of the application would stay the same.I tried to turn off author names in sticky notes via “View->Show/Hide->Show authors”. It works, AFAIK only on sheet level, and it seems to not be a personal setting for me. How

Hello,We have been using Lucid for a while and I have a user that needs to export to SVG. Last week she had the option to Export as SVG but this week its no longer an option for them. I logged into my account as the owner and I have the option and it works for me. What has changed to stop my user for exporting to SVG?
