Hi,

Is there any way of totally disabling AI for my account? I don’t want to use it at all, and it’s proved invasive if not annoying, so far.

Thanks in advance,

Paul.

Hi,

Just for those who do not wish to use AI, I have had some success using uBlockOrigin[Lite] to hide the panels away.

Kind regards,
Paul.

@PAW disabling collaborative AI is a premium feature for team-level plans or higher and must be done through the admin. When you have a team-level plan or higher, you can send this link to the admin:

The workaround in the meantime is to use fullscreen in order to recapture canvas space.

Thanks for getting in touch, Aparrish, but that’s not really an answer.

Why do you not offer this facility to those of us who still pay for your services? It’s obviously a simple ticky-box, otherwise you would not give the facility to turn this stuff off to ‘Premium’ users.

If I changed my account type, turned off the setting as an Admin, then downgraded my account, would that work?

I have to ask, here, why questions are marked as ‘Answered’ when technically it is not an answer? I’ve seen this in a couple of threads I’ve posted and this warps the reality of the conversation. Should it not be me that decides whether a question has been answered or not?...

Kind regards,
Paul.

Hi @PAW thank you so much for your patience with our response!

We usually mark the most suitable response as best even when the issue is being investigated in order to ensure the most accurate experience in the Community for all our users.

I wanted to follow up to let you know that our product team confirmed that there is no workaround to disable AI features on Free and Individual accounts at this time.

I am sorry for the frustration caused, and please feel free to upvote and comment the idea below to show your support for this feature:

Thank you for your willingness to provide feedback!
