I am trying to view a map that I can't change but everything looks like this:   Searching here I found mention that changing the Web GL in rendering works but it did not work for me.  I also tried with other browsers.  What is happening here?

Hi I am looking to number the steps in my process diagram. I added numbers on page one using conditional formatting (if(isempty(upstreamdeep)1count(upstreamdeep)+1). My process diagram spreads across several pages. How do I continue page numbering across multiple pages? I have the pages linked with off-page connectors but the numbering starts back at one on each page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I use lucidchart for creating charts used in an online educational course. In "Shapes search" tab there is an option to search for images and icons. Can I use them free in charts created for my course? Where can I find copyright info about an image? What surprised me is that there is no easily accessible information about images and icons licensing at your website.  Please let me know if these images are CC and where can I find terms of use of one particular image/icon. Thank you!

I have had a paid account for many years with many documents connected to my personal Gsuite account. I was attempting to just change the email so that it could be associated with my business's Gsuite account but apparently there was already a free account for that.  I just wanted to continue to be a paid user simply on my business's email account as opposed to the personal email.

Safety manual for sailboats

On 21 March 2022 Lucid was made aware of a security incident involving Okta. Lucid is taking the claim seriously and has taken the following steps to verify that there has not been a compromise of Lucid’s Okta account or any systems that are connected to it. We do not use Okta for customer accounts; customers do not need to take any action unless they themselves use Okta. Additionally in a recent update Okta indicated they had already contacted all customers who may have been impacted. Lucid has not been notified. What Steps We've Taken 1. Evaluated logs for indicators of compromise including exports of data and anomalous activity.  2. Verified system configurations for internal tools and confirmed that it is not possible to access critical information in those systems via Okta.  3. Confirmed that remote Okta Support access was disabled prior to Okta’s security incident. Conclusion After thorough examinations Lucid has not found any strange or anomalous behavior with its

I can export a diagram using Chrome on a work laptop but when I try to do it from a second laptop on a work VPN it exports forever saying the diagram is large and will take some time.  It eventually just goes away with no export.  I see a lot of failed network requests to pdf-service-lucidchart-com in the developer tools but nothing I can interpret. This happens for every output format and exports within a second or so on another laptop but that is not on the same VPN network. If this is due to the way the export is trying to send the document (probably blocked by firewall) is there a more passive way I can get to exported documents?

How do I know when to use LucidChart v LucidSpark?

Creating and maintaining accurate documentation provides huge benefits but it can also take a lot of time and opens you up to human error if you have to build the documentation manually. Instead here’s how you can use Lucidscale to quickly capture your cloud environment exactly as it is today and update that model anytime. Import your cloud architecture to the Data Hub. Navigate to the left-side panel in the Lucid homepage and select “Import Data'' to pull in cloud provider metadata and get an accurate picture of your current state. More information on importing data can be found here. Create a new model in Lucidscale from the imported data. I added a new user but that new user never received an email so he couldn't login...  I don't see an article to help troubleshoot this scenario.

I draw charts select parts of them and copy&past them into google slides. This is a very typical convenient workflow for me. I have three problems however: - the bitmap "images" created in this process don't have a transparent background - there is a large border on these "images" its not flush with the selected diagram objects - there might be non selected diagram objects on the boarder of these "images" Managing smaller individual diagrams using google slides integration or other export/import features are too cumbersome to be productive. Ideally copy&past would not use bitmap images. But I guess this is technically extremely challenging and other solutions have similar limitations.
