We have an employee who left the company but they are still the owner of a chart. How do we remove them from the owner?
Hi there thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately there isn't currently a way for admins on an account to change the ownership of a user's documents. However when you delete a user from your account you can choose to transfer their files to another user on the same account. For more details on this please see the Delete a user section of our help centre article.
