i just created my first chart and saved it. when i got to my documents i can see it and when i hover I can see an outline of my work but when i open it the document is completely blank. so frustrated that all that work is essentially gone
New chart opening blank
+20HI Shannon thanks for posting in the community - apologies for the frustration! If you can see your work on the thumbnail of your document in your docs list but then when you open the document you see a blank page I suspect that your document might contain two tabs and the work you created is on the second tab. An example of this is shown in this other community post. Will you please take a look and see if this is the case for your document? If not we'd be glad to take a closer look - please submit your document URL via this contact support form and we'll continue investigating!
