Lines are different sizes after download

I am experiencing a new problem. When working in lucidchart all of my lines are set to 2point and they all look the same size. But when I download my charts (pdf and svg) the lines coming off any diamonds look bigger than the other lines.

LucidChart Confluence Plugin causing issues in Safari

When we update our LucidChart plugin in Confluence to anything above 1.24.4 we no longer have the capability of editing spaces/pages when using the Safari browser. Anyone run into the same problem as me? If so any solutions?

UNIQUE not working with array returned from MAP

The following works:=UNIQUE(ARRAY(1 1 2) => [1 2]The following does not work:=UNIQUE(MAP(FLATTEN(SIBLINGS.actions) x => x.owner)) => array with duplicate string valuesThe MAP returns an array but UNIQUE just ignores it. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Issues with importing from Jira

Hi my JQL search works within Jira to find the stories I want to import but when I use the same query for the advance search it loads and loads and then says "no issues matched your search query." I am also getting an "unable to refresh may be out of date error" above all the stories I have imported in the past. It worked perfectly fine the first time I did the import but now that I am trying to update the board with additional stories these errors/issues persist. Thanks in advance!

Unable to link to Lucidchart Document

My colleagues were to able link the Lucidchart Document and we have the same access but I can't. What are the issue causing this problem? I go to Document and then I click the Link to Lucidchart Document but nothing happens.

Lucidspark Template Sharing

When creating templates in Lucidspark we have the ability to categorise the template we are creating.  The following options appear when doing so: If I select a sub-category such as 'Project Planning -> Retrospective' as the category for that template then you seem to lack the ability to see that template sub-category in the Template View when inserting into a new board. i.e. You can only see your template appear in the 'Personal' category - with no sub-categories being displayed below that node: (in the s.shot below 'Agile Development' is being used for other templates hence the reason for it being there) Wondering if this feature will ever be added?  Currently starting to share templates between team members (notably retrospectives).

How to edit shapes with frame around it?

I have just completed my first flow chart in Lucidchart and I exported it to a PDF so that I could share with my colleague.  When he suggested an edit I went back to the flow chart in Lucidchart but it's not allowing me to modify anything about the shapes.  It also appears to have a blue line around it - almost like a frame that I am not aware I added. The sheet isn't locked. What should I try next?

PDF zooming going too big

Hello there Lucidchart help customer service when I export my work into pdf document I cannot read the text on my chart. So I go to zoom from 1% to 25% it makes it way to big and I cannot even move through my document. Please help!!  My essay is due and my instructor will not be impress HA! Thanks a bunch Mimi.

Custom Crop Issues...Again

It sounds like this has been a reoccurring bug with Lucid Chart according to other posts. The custom crop function is not working. When I go to custom crop it brings the image to a small corner of the document and does not allow me to crop it at all. I've done all the trouble shooting steps like switching browsers and incognito mode.

Importing ER diagram from DB

Hi I imported ER diagram from my postgresql database but see that not all of the columns are included in the tables.  Is that the way it is intended to work?  I would understand if only various key columns were imported but it seems arbitrary.  For example updated_datetime shows up in my shapes but not created_datetime for the same table.  Neither one of the columns has any relationship to another table. Shareable Links to Layers Within a Document

I currently have a document that has layers embedded within it. I want to share a link for each layer (10 in total) with my team members so that they can get directly to each layer without having to go through the main document and turn on/off layers.

Storage full Lucid EDU account

My account was a EDU acc now I can not adjust or change the structure in the document. It said My allowed space is filled but I saw that in my user the storage is 203% of 50 MB used. I tried to delete images or pages in the document but it failed. How can I do to continue to use without upgrade acc

The Formula Editor is Tiny

When writing complex formulas the editor becomes way too small. Is there a way to make this bigger/ full screen? Some better formatting would be nice but I would settle for making this window a bit bigger.

Jira Card Import not showing all projects

I have the jira cards for lucidspark integration set up and I just reconnected it. On some (but not all) lucidspark boards only a handful of my jira projects are visible when I try to import issues or create new issues. I don't think there's anything interesting about those projects. Are there specific criteria that need to be met for a project to have its cards display in the integration? The highlighted field is the one that's not showing all available options.

Downloading files from a specific user

Hi there I'm trying to download all the files associated with one specific user. We have a corporate account so there's multiple users associated with it. But i only want to download the files for one specific user and preferably in one go without having to download each single file individually.  Is there a way of doing this?

Org Chart - Pull Photos from SharePoint

I am using Lucid to create an org chart from a spreadsheet. I have included a link in the "Image URL" field of my source data spreadsheet to pull in profile photos into the chart. The url link goes to a sharepoint site that requires authentication via SSO to access. Is it possible to enable Lucid to access the sharepoint site? It looks like there are integrations between Lucid and SP.
