I was creating a spec for some functionality and started with a text box that I filled with descriptive texts. Next thing I wanted to create a multi level bullet list with requirements. When I wanted to typ 365 i did not get farther than 36, it was impossible to type anything else after 36. I tried it in new text boxes, shapes and always with the same result.

I tried al kinds of things to get rid of this, but to no avail.

Now I can’t even type  36, so when I want to type 365 I get no further than 3.

Hi @hoffjero

Can you send a screenshot or screen recording of the issue? Have you tried opening the document in a private or incognito window?

Hi @Kelsey Gaag, thanks for your reply.

I tried it in an incognito window and every worked as normal. So that was a great suggestion.

I went back to my ‘normal’ browser window and logged out, cleared my cookies and cache and logged back in… alas it still does not work. I have been working with Lucid for years, but this never happened to me (not in any other tool either).

My screen recording is a bit of a mess, and it is hard to show that keys don’t do anything…

but I gave it a go: https://app.screencast.com/eQbHCm9Xn74je

Would be grateful for your advice.

Best regards,
Jeroen.

Hi @hoffjero

Thanks for adding that screen recording!  If the issue persists after clearing your cache and cookies, I would recommend disabling your extensions one by one until you determine which extension is causing the issue.

Please let me know if that doesn’t help!

@Kelsey Gaag  I found the culprit, disabling that extension solved this issue completely.

Thanks very much for your help!

@hoffjero No problem! Glad that resolved issue!
