Bug when I started using

I cannot do anything. I try to select an option but this window still is there and i can’t press anything else

Hi @guzel.abdubek, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Could you try opening your account in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. I was able to open it in a firefox tab. I think the problem is since I am signed in with my school in chrome which makes it buggy

Hi @guzel.abdubek, I’m glad to hear that you were able to have success in another browser! Now that you have cleared the pop up in Firefox, you may be able to use Chrome as expected. Does this pop up still persist in Chrome?

No I was able to use Chrome, it just had to be a different Google profile.
