Problem converting to Visio
Hi, I need to export my current charts to visio but i get an empty document when I open Visio viewer. Please help. Thanks

For anyone else experiencing a similar issue, please try zooming out in Visio after importing the file. Sometimes the content is there but it is located outside the canvas and this step will allow you to check this. If the issue persists after trying this, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help further investigate!
