Hola Buen Dia por favor necesito el reembolso de mi plan (se hizo un cargo de 108$ a un plan individual) pero yo no cree la cuenta (se hizo uso de mi correo y tarjeta sin mi permiso) pedi cancelacion de mi cuenta y ya se hizo pero si necesito ele reembolso por favor

Ingrese a la aplicacion y al abrir una plantilla me realizaron un cobro de 86.00 sin nisiquiera pedir datos ni consentimiento por favor solicito el desembolso del dinero. ya realice la cancelación de la suscripcion y no pienso ocupar el servicio. Porque con nisiquiera ocuparla me descontaron. Realice el formulario de reclamo y espero me realicen de manera inmedita mi dinero y respondan mi requerimiento.

no he activado ningun plan y me han hecho el débito de mi dinero. Como hago para que me reembolsen mi dinero

No se activan los beneficios en mi plan de Lucidchart

Cuento con un plan actual individual, pero no me es posible acceder a los beneficios que supuestamente se encuentran asociados a mi plan como el guardado en la nube, tampoco me permite abrir mi cuenta en otro dispositivo como mi laptop ¿Cómo puedo arreglarlo? ¿Con quien puedo comunicarme para tener más claridad en el tema?

Payment Woes / Security Risks

I’ve ended my relationship with PP and the user portal on Lucid seems broken w.r.t. adding a new payment source. When I login and authenticate the user settings don’t contain a method to add a new card. When I notified support they sent me a ‘secure link’ to a subdomain at another entity:lucid.curly.comI feel like this type of behavior is enough to end what is a generally useable set of tools. Any thoughts from the community?

Education account - Didn't get akes if teacher or student

Hi, I made an account with my university email adress, but didn’t get asked if I’m teacher or student, after the first login. Also a lot of charts are still not avaiable, so seams as I have still the free account instead of student account.

Subscribed to yearly plan instead of monthly

I accidentally subscribed to a full year and only meant to subscribe to a monthly plan! Help!

If you are a business with a registered VAT, ABN, or GST number, you may add that valid number to your account to exclude the tax from your future invoices. If a VAT or GST number is not provided at the time of an invoice’s issuance, VAT or GST will be applied and will continue to be charged on future invoices until a valid number is submitted.Note: This option is not available in all countries. Are you looking for a copy of your open or unpaid Lucid Software invoice? First of all, please note that Lucid can only accept automatic payments via most major credit cards or PayPal for individual and small team accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.That said, if your large team or enterprise account has been specifically approved for invoice billing and you are looking for a copy of your open or unpaid invoice, they will be sent via email to the Account Owner, Billing Admin, and any other specifically requested email address set up to receive billing emails for your account prior to your renewal. How do I download my Lucid Software invoices? Customers can always download their paid invoices from the Plans & Billing section of their Account Settings. Our Help Center article outlining how to do this can be found here.Only Account Owners and users with the Billing Admin role will be able to access the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings to download invoices. If you do not have access to the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings (if it’s missing from the menu on the left) it probably means your email address has not been granted the required permissions to access invoices for that account. You will need to contact the Account Owner if you would like to request additional permissions. I received a request to join a group to review document, after I joined the group my prorated account balance was transferred to the user account that sent the request. The user also became the admin to my account and my account changed to unpaid account. How can this issues be resolve.
