Facing error while payment

Hi,Everytime when I make payment for lucid chart payment does not go through. I get error saying “contact your bank”. When I contacted bank it says the website is suspicious so payment is not going through. Last year I did the payment through the same credit card, has something changed recently related to security due to which HDFC bank says it is a suspicious website. Also, Do we have any other payment option like netbanking, upi or debit card payment?

Refund request

I have unknowingly paid a subscription to lucidchart for 108USD at 2:45pm GMT, but I do not use Lucidchart much and do not plan to use the premium feature for long or at all, i do not wish to enroll in this plan and hope to discontinue from it immediately and get a refund. I am immediately writing at 3:41pm GMT, and hope that it proof my concern and knowledge of this action.

Hi, I made an account with my university email adress, but didn’t get asked if I’m teacher or student, after the first login. Also a lot of charts are still not avaiable, so seams as I have still the free account instead of student account.

Why Am I Being Asked To Upgrade For Something I Already Had?

I have been a paying member of Lucid for years.  Great Product.  Reasonable Price.  I have a handful of mindmaps that I have not used in a long time.  And now I am being asked to upgrade to use them? Not sure what is going on.  I see LucidSpark which I tried years ago and I was not impressed. What is happening? Thanks!! Paul

If you are a business with a registered VAT, ABN, or GST number, you may add that valid number to your account to exclude the tax from your future invoices. If a VAT or GST number is not provided at the time of an invoice’s issuance, VAT or GST will be applied and will continue to be charged on future invoices until a valid number is submitted.Note: This option is not available in all countries. To download a paid invoice right now, see this Community post: Downloading my paid Lucid Software invoice PDFs. If you are the current Account Owner or Billing Admin, follow these steps to opt in to receive emails containing your invoice following a subscription renewal:Navigate to the Plans & Billing page. 🧾 Open and unpaid Enterprise invoices

Are you looking for a copy of your open or unpaid Lucid Software invoice? First of all, please note that Lucid can only accept automatic payments via most major credit cards or PayPal for individual and small team accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.That said, if your large team or enterprise account has been specifically approved for invoice billing and you are looking for a copy of your open or unpaid invoice, they will be sent via email to the Account Owner, Billing Admin, and any other specifically requested email address set up to receive billing emails for your account prior to your renewal. ⬇️ Downloading my paid Lucid Software invoice PDFs 

How do I download my Lucid Software invoices? Customers can always download their paid invoices from the Plans & Billing section of their Account Settings. Our Help Center article outlining how to do this can be found here.Only Account Owners and users with the Billing Admin role will be able to access the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings to download invoices. If you do not have access to the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings (if it’s missing from the menu on the left) it probably means your email address has not been granted the required permissions to access invoices for that account. You will need to contact the Account Owner if you would like to request additional permissions. To download a PDF of a paid invoice, follow these steps:From the Account Settings, access the Plans & Billing page (on the left). What happens to my personal Lucid account when I join my company's account?

I received a request to join a group to review document, after I joined the group my prorated account balance was transferred to the user account that sent the request. The user also became the admin to my account and my account changed to unpaid account. How can this issues be resolve.
