I’m opening this case as the previous one was closed before I could reply…?
I’ve a team account where I’m using only 1 account for the last 3 years. I would like to downgrade the account to an individual account immediately without waiting for the next billing cycle next year in 2027. How do I do that? My other option is to cancel the team account & call it a day.
I understand its a billing issue & will be contacting billing but filling out a form & asking them to reply has not happened so far. I’ve filled out forms & nobody has contacted me from Lucid. And there is no phone number to call?
Also, I’ve ~50MB of documents in my current account that needs to be transfered to the new account. The Download (full) or in chunks is just not working.
How do I downgrade & tranfer my documents to the individual account?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I was able to locate the ticket you submitted with our billing team- they will reach out to you shortly to help with downgrading your account.
In regards to transferring documents, there are a few different options:
Instead of transferring all of your documents, when you downgrade your current account from Team to Individual, all of your documents will remain in your account. Instead of making a new account, you can update the email address on your current account to the email you want to use on your new account.
You can put all of your documents in a folder, share that folder with your new account, and then make a copy of the shared folder. You will become the owner of the copy.

Thanks for following up! If you would like to keep the same email for your account, then you don’t need to worry about transferring documents. When you downgrade from a Team to Individual account, all of your documents will remain with you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!
