What happens to my personal Lucid account when I join my company's account?

I received a request to join a group to review document, after I joined the group my prorated account balance was transferred to the user account that sent the request. The user also became the admin to my account and my account changed to unpaid account. How can this issues be resolve.

Hi @Alex1, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! When you accepted the team invitation, the remaining subscription balance on your account was added to the team account as a prorated credit, as you described. 

You are now part of that user’s plan, and they will manage the associated billing information. You do have an active license as part of this Team, so you can use the features available to you as part of this subscription. If you would like to be removed from this user’s account, you can reach out to the Account Owner to have them remove you. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
