Build consensus with these techniques ✋

Having trouble achieving consensus on your team? It isn’t always easy to ensure true team alignment. To help, we’ve identified the top consensus building techniques and created templates to help facilitate discussions. Check out these techniques the next time you need to achieve consensus on your team: Fist to five, where each person indicates their level of agreement by holding up a certain number of fingers. Dot voting, which helps you quickly identify your team’s preferences. Task estimation, a special feature in Lucid that helps teams align on workload estimates. Confidence voting, where team members use a sliding scale to indicate their confidence. A Lucid look back: Reflecting on 2024

This is perhaps my favorite time of year. We celebrate the joy of the season with loved ones, and look ahead in anticipation of the new year. OKR Dashboards

Has anyone created a dashboard for their OKR reporting?We are exploring the possibility of leveraging OKRs for our formal strategic planning methodology. As part of this, we plan to use another source to track the OKRs and their status. However, we want to leverage Lucidspark to create a nice reporting dashboard for executives and C-Suite Level management. Our thought would be to track them in the other system and use a connection to bring in specific data to a Lucidspark page that we’d create the dashboard on. Looking for ideas of how I could design this page to help make it user friendly.

Today we're announcing team types! Team types give you more control over team visibility and access. With this release you'll now be able to create public, closed and hidden teams.  Public teams will be fully accessible allowing anyone in your organization to find and join the team directly from the all teams page in your docslist. Closed teams will appear on the all teams page but joining requires approval from an existing member of the team. Hidden teams will not be visible on the all teams page, and the only way to join is through an invitation from an existing team member. This update provides an easier way to organize and get access to documents that are important to you and your teams.
