How to set up your user profile

The Lucid Community is all about connecting you to resources and peers that support and inspire your work. To help us and others in the community get to know you, we recommend you set up your community profile.   First, select your profile icon in the upper-right corner. Here are menu options to view your personal interactions with the community, like replies, subscriptions, or settings.Choose the “My profile” option to go to your profile page. When on your profile page, select Edit profile.  Then, you can fill out the following information: Job title Company LinkedIn URL How you use Lucid products in your role City Country Note: All of this information is optional. You can choose to fill out whichever fields you’d like. This information will appear in your profile, where you can also see badges you’ve earned and a summary of your community activity. Simply click on another community member’s username to view their profile, too!

Stay in the loop: How to subscribe to community notifications ⚡

The people that make up the Lucid Community are constantly sharing ideas, asking questions, starting discussions, and finding opportunities. We want to make sure you never miss out on things that improve your workflow and make projects easier. If there is already a topic created about what you wanted to share, join the conversation in that thread! Songtacular flowdown

Does anyone know what happened to the group who managed songtacular flowdown? I believe that it was a brilliant marketing advertisement. What I'm unsure of is why it was canned? Did it just cost too much to license the song or was there another reason?

Request form doesn't work and I cannot contact support to return the money

Hello I tried to send the message on the website - it didn't work therefore I am copying it here. I was charged five minutes ago for the yearly service (until October 21 2024) which I don't need. I canceled my subscription. I am requesting to return the money because I am not interested in the service anymore.

Can I modify sharing of multiple team folders at once?

I have many team folders. One person will be leaving the team soon. Is there a way to delete that person from the sharing settings for all the team folders at once or do I have to step through the folders one by one? I am not an admin.
