Fraudulent Charge

Jesus Christ! You charged me close to $380 dollars after my free trial elapsed?! You defaulted my team size to 3 to 5 people and charge me that amount PER PERSON. Is this the only way you can make money right now? In NO WAY EVER INDICATED that I was a team of 5 people this is clearly a fraudulent charge.

Google form to sheet to lucid chart diagram ability to add new data to diagram on entry

I have a google form that feeds a google sheet. I have integrated the google sheet into a lucid chart flow diagram. What I am dreaming of is for the lucid chart diagram to be built with the data filled in for the new row/entry. Or take a template diagram and build a copy with the new data.. is this possible?

What does "fully locked" template mean?

What does "fully locked" mean? I know how to lock shapes and layers. I'm using a template that someone made but I need to unlock to add titles to my swim lanes ... I see a red padlock with the annotation "fully locked" and I don't see how to temporarily unlock.

Continuing flow diagram on new pages and applying master

Hi there I'm trying to describe quite a long process in BPMN with 6 vertical swim lanes moving down through landscape A4 pages.  I've put my swim lanes on a master page and can use that method to see them on all pages I make.  However if I create the new pages and apply the master I can't drag a connector between pages.  If I use the suggested method of carrying on a flow between pages which is to use auto-tiling I can connect my flow but not apply the master page on to the automatically created pages.   Is there a way to do both?  Thanks Maya

SharePoint as a source for data

Hi I previously asked if a SharePoint List can be used as a source for data like an Excel spreadsheet can. The answer received from Abby S (https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360070360351/comments/360011171511) referred to a product called Smartsheet which was not what I was asking about. Can you please tell me if there is an integration with SharePoint and in particular with SharePoint Lists. Regards Maurice

Copy of Document Shows Keeps old stuff underneath the new

I want to make changes to a document without affecting the original. But when I make a copy and begin changing things the old original document still shows up underneath the changed portion (but slightly grayed out). The problem is that this even shows in presentation mode and makes my new work unreadable. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Improving Image Quality in Lucidchart Charts for PowerPoint Slides

I'm a new Lucidchart user. I've created some terrific charts and now want to include them in a PowerPoint slide deck. For my situation I find it best to include the charts as saved images by selecting the "Show as Saved Image" option on a PP slide thru the PP addin. HOWEVER the images are a bit blurry especially the text. Is there a way to indicate the image quality when selecting the "Show as Saved Image" option?  I notice that I can export or download a chart directly from Lucidchart (via the browser) and select the image type (jpeg png etc.) AS WELL AS the print quality (300 dpi) etc. I want to associate the same quality when selecting the "Show as Saved Image" option from a PP slide!

blue dotted distance text turn off

Every time i move a box around i get a blue dotted line in all directions. it shows the distance in units. its very distracting. how can i turn this off.

Premium Shapes!

Hi   I am a premium user for more than 6 month and I had a nice experience with you. Today I can't add almost any shape to my diagram. the application says that I have to upgrade to use the premium shapes. My package is "Basic" package and it should include unlimited shapes. I have used the shapes before and now I can't finish my task with a tight deadline. Please help fast. Thanks!

Hi recently I subscribed and joined a Team. Now i need to left the team and I asked to the Admin to remove me. He performed the change following the guide: https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028596311-The-Admin-Panel-User-Management#collapseSix But from my configuration I can see under "Your Team" that I'm still into the Team and i can't do any change. moreover seems I lost the option to control my subscription for example the unsubscribe option is missing (I was thinking to perform a unsubscribe/subscribe actions to solve the issue...) How I can solve this problem? Thanks

No encuentro las más de 750 plantillas que ofrece la suscripción individual anual

Hola contraté una suscripción individual anual que ofrece más de 750 plantillas sin embargo entre las que tengo disponibles solo aparecen 200 posibilidades.  Por otra parte necesito modificar las preferencias que marqué al registrarme como usuaria para tener acceso a nuevas recomendaciones de plantillas pero no visualizo esa alternativa.  Agradezco la ayuda y quedo atenta a su respuesta  saludos.

hide layer is not working when document shared through public link

I noticed when I shared the document as public link to others. even though hide layer works perfectly fine for me(if I login and open document) but when anyone click public link all layers are shown up. the hide layer is not working for the document shared by public link. any ideas?

Lost 3 in a pre-saved document

Hi i have created a document more than a month back & added multiple pages to it. this morning i added a page worked on it and downloaded the diagram.  Hours later i logged in my account and the document is empty only one blank page is there ! Checked the Trash and nothing is there! How can this be recovered?   Thanks
