Can I group objects in multiple layers so that when an object is moved in a layer the grouped objects in the other layers are moved as well?

Unfortunately no at this time grouping objects together that are in different layers is not possible. However if this functionality is important to you and your team I would love if you would submit that idea here for our devs to take a look at.
