I would like to change tiers manually in my org chart. I have seen similar posts suggesting this more than a year ago. Is it possible?
I want to have tier as a support team and the next tier will be all the departments but none of these departments will report directly to the support team but to the tier 1.

Hi @intellectual p thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately there isn't currently a feature in Lucidchart to have two employees at different tiers/ levels reporting to the same supervisor.
However I recommend checking out this community post for a workaround for employees at different levels reporting to the same supervisor. We also have a great community post here which shares some great tips on customizing your org chart.
