Unable to change Interval start and finish

Unable to change start and finish when an interval shape is selected. Start and Finish appear for a second then gray out. Selecting the calendar does not pop up the ability to select.

添付のような同一のコンポーネント（main）に対して複数のパターンでアクセスが行われるようなフロー概略図を作成しています。 【実現したいこと】 初回、2回目以降で同じ図形を利用し、かつフローの線はそれぞれ独立して表示・非表示を切り替えたい   【現状】 以下のようにレイヤーを分けて作成しています。 ページ test：maindatamethodscreateの図形 レイヤー 初回接続：初回接続時フローの線 レイヤー 2回目以降：2回目以降接続時フローの線   【問題点】 レイヤー内で線を引くとページ及び自分自身以外のレイヤーの図形に吸着しないため、図形の位置を変更すると全レイヤーで線の位置を修正しなければならない（例）レイヤー：初回接続で線を引くとページtestの図形に吸着しない） レイヤー毎に図形を作成すると、修正があるたびに全レイヤーの図形を修正しなければならない   【添付】   良い方法があればアドバイスを頂けるとありがたいです。 よろしくお願いします。

Descuento de 10 dolares con error

Hola me apareció una encuesta en la cual si la completaba me daban 10 dólares para usar en la suscripción de la página hice la encuesta y me apareció un error que decía que me contactara con ustedes. Con el descuento estoy pensando en comprar la suscripción anual espero puedan reenviarme la encuesta o si tienen un código de descuento no tendría problema en contratar el servicio.

He cambiado mi suscripción a mensual pero no me han devuelto el dinero

Hola  Yo no quería contratar un plan anual. Estaba en versión de prueba y de repente veo el cobro de la versión anual. Lo ha cambiado y me aparece la factura del mes pero el cobro ha sido del año completo. No se ha corregido Pero me sale una factura mensual y me dice que el siguiente cobro se hará "El día 5/1/2021 se te cobrará 895 €". Por favor revisad esto. Debe ser un error. O sea  si tengo pagado un plan anual cómo me van a cobrar el mes que viene?? Y si he podido cambiar a un plan mensual por qué no me devuelven el dinero?? ruego que resuelvan la incidencia y me devuelvan la diferencia o me confirmen que no se me va a cobrar nada el mes que viene. gracias

Visual Representation of Manpower at Multiple Locations

Hello we are a construction company with multiple job sites operating daily.  Ever since going remote this year my company has yet to find an online solution to show us a visual snapshot of who is where.  I was told about your product and want to know if you have what we need.  Here is what we need specifically: 1. A mind map format that will have multiple parent tags/nodes that show each job site name and address. 2. A child node to each parent that shows the trades (carpenters laborers apprentices in this case). 3. A child node under each trade that shows each employee's name and employee number. 4. A way to count how many carpenters are at each job site laborers etc and include a count of the total employees at each job site. 5. A way to export the data to a csv/excel file that show at minimum a) job site name b) how many people are at that job site. 6. Bonus feature: history of which employee moved to and from which job site daily. Can Lucid do this?  Thanks! &n

Where can we find full UML markup documentation for a sequence diagram in Lucidchart?

Where can we find a full markup documentation for UML Sequence Diagrams?   When we click the help icon next to the UML Markup editor in Lucidchart it opens a page with a simplistic example but no actual documentation.

Is there a way to count all shapes on a page with a specified icon?

Hey is there a way to count the number of shapes on a page based on the icon that was attached? => something like this =COUNTIF(children(page) contains(THIS."Icon" "okay")) Example below:Number okay: 1 Number not okay: 2 Thank you for your help!

Mass photo upload for images in org chart does not support correct match for accented character

When Jérémy is both in the filename (Jérémy.png) and the employee name in the org chart. the mass upload still will not match the image to the employee

Fixing line issues

I'm trying to set up a link between two items in a diagram. Whenever I try to get the lines to connect to their endpoints the way I want them to show up they hop into an entirely different shape. I don't know why it's doing that. To see what it's doing and what I'm talking about you can see it here. (Sorry if I sound a little annoyed in the video but I was a little annoyed when I made it. No cussing though.)

What are your thoughts about what is most precise (to be used by professional Business Analysts) and what is easiest to understand (to approve with users) notations now (maybe we need different notations for these 2 criteria)? Google Drive images from a Google Sheet for an Org Chart doesn't seem to work

Hi Lucid Charts Team   I want to add URLs in the google drive format to a Google sheet for employee images so that I can import them into Org Chart. I know there is a bulk upload feature in org chart that allows me to upload images. however if I use it the google sheets that I am using to import the data into won't have the image urls. If I add a URL to a google drive location for the image there does not appear to show that image for the employee. (though there is some kind of image being displayed)   Thanks Patrick

In ER diagram is it possible to add new row to an entity WITHOUT preset/default texts?

Hi Just wondered whether it is possible or not to add a new row (field) to an entity of a ER Diagram WITHOUT the preset/default "key" "field" and "type". I have to delete all the words every time I add new rows but I wish it could be done in a smarter way...

Hello I am a contractor and need to use lucidchart for a customer.  I created a basic accout.  We created charts.  I was locked out of editing the charts.  I signed up on a month by month plan and expected full access to editing and objects.  How do I activate my instance of lucidchart?  I need to get work done. little green arrows

how do i remove the little green arrows in my diagram? Every time i drag an icon image or shape into my diagram there is a little green arrow which i cannot seem to delete. My diagram now has a bunch of green arrows. Please advise.

Convert text to subscript and underline on iPad app

Hi! Being a PhD student in electrical engineering I work a lot with vectors (in text in equations in diagrams). My questions would be: Where is the Equations Library to be found on the iPad app? Given the text I1 (for electrical current 1) is there a way to convert the 1 to subscript and only if possible underline the I (indication of a vector) as in underline{I}_1 in Equations in lucid.app or underbar(I)_1 in Equations from Word) on the iPad app? Can we fix the issues with permissions and the Confluence integration?

Business Analysts and Software Architects in my organization use Lucidchart heavily and in most cases the documents are posted in Confluence. Every project using this model has issues with team members that cannot see Lucidchart diagrams in Confluence.  I have reported this issue in the past and never received a clear answer to what are the required steps to ensure everyone can see the diagram.  None of the solutions provided ever work for ALL user so I end up exporting to non-editable formats.  That is a real problem particularly for folks that need to edit the document because it requires them to work in 2 places (why integrate if we have to do that). Can someone give me an answer that will FULLY resolve the permissions issues for ALL users so that every user that can see a Confluence page can also see any Lucidchart diagram embedded in that page and not a placeholder?

switch from paid account to education account

I signed up for a paid account about 3 years ago and used it for one afternoon (I think) back then and haven't been back since. I was in a hurry and didn't feel I had time for the learning curve so forgot about it. Perhaps the annual invoices went into my junk mail folder but each year since then I've been surprised to see a charge for LucidChart appear on my November bank statement.  Today I was reading more about LucidChart and thought of revisiting it and learned that my university (Duke) has a license agreement with LucidChart. I thought I might still have an account... and checked... and saw that I was charged for another year just a couple of weeks ago.  I see that there are no refunds. ....      SO what I want to check with you is whether the account I get via Duke is equivalent to what I've been paying for.  I was about to cancel my paid account just so I won't get automatically charged next November but thought that if what I've just paid $95 for

Hi   After new layout I need to open the layer panel manually. How can I put the layer tab permanently on right bar? The old version of lucidchart design there was a fixed panel of layers on right bar.

Create an Org Board for procedures with links to external

Hey there  I am trying to create an organizing board showing our processes listing the positions but also the procedures connecting to the job. For me it is important to be able to link the procedures to tutorials or locations where forms and what no can be downloaded.
