2 weeks ago I completely deleted all of the documents images and everything else I could think of from my account and further permanently deleted them from the trash. So I have no documents and nothing in the trash. My account says I have used up 51% of my storage space (51% of 25mb) it's also saying that the storage space is being taken up by documents but again I have permanently deleted all of them. 


How do i reclaim this storage space? Btw I'm not interested in upgrading my account at this time.

Thank you for posting in the Community! Our apologies for the trouble you're having with storage space. It looks like this is an issue on our end that we will have our engineers take a look at. In the meantime since you have no documents in your account a workaround is to simply delete your account and then sign up again. This should reset your account and resolve the issue.
