Hi Dejan thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Unfortunately our org chart feature doesn't currently support breaking employees reporting to the same supervisors into separate columns. The only alternative in this case would be to have all of the 50 employee shapes side-by-side instead of getting them one above the others. If this is a better option you can achieve that by selecting the Layout tab from the org chart context panel > clicking on the Layout Style menu > and selecting the middle layout style. You may also want to adjust the shape spacing using the sliders or typing a measurement. While what you're trying to do is not supported at the moment we're always looking for ways to improve our org chart feature. Would you mind submitting your idea through our feature request form?
