Hi guys!I have been scratching my head multiple ways how to accomplish this without success, tried different ways : (I have this Mind Map template in Lucidchart: It looks great as a template. So I exported it as “CSV of shape data” in order to re-use it and add more connections like that: I looked prior to the documentation for the CSV format here https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/15927090927508-Create-a-process-diagram-from-CSV-import and I tweaked that CSV to have only these columns: And then I tried to re-import this CSV into Lucid Chart in order to get the same Mind Map -- this is for me to test the import works so I can work around this template and add more things to it:I do it through Shapes > Import data > Process Diagram > select the CSV but what I am getting is this type of design instead of the original very nice design Mind Map: Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong or what’s missing, please? Thank you!

I’m unable to add connector lines in Lucid chart. and this is my lucid.

We’re using Lucid board to plan and manage Jira tasks during the Sprint and everything went well until yesterday. Now we can’t see full info for some of the cards (status, priority, story points). Who could help us? Broken card infoEverything OK with another card

Hi! I’m using the “Likert-type scale” Visual Activity to use as an interactive poll. I’d like to add hover text over the options on the scale, for participants to use when they need to refer back to a definition. I’ve learned how to add the hover text through Conditional Formatting, and it works when I’m editing the activity. But when a participant is performing the activity, they can see the icon but nothing shows up when they hover over it. Does anyone have any advise on how to make the hover text show up for participants; or, maybe a different way of doing this?  Thanks!

I am currently using the free version of Lucidchart, and I 31 shapes and it says that I need to upgrade to add more. Doesn’t the free version get up to 60 shapes per chart?

Is it possible to import a PowerPoint slide containing process flows (from L0 to L3 process hierarchy) into Lucidchart in an editable format? If so, would I need a premium account to access this feature?

HiAs an old Visio user (VERY old!) I am impressed with LucidChart.  I have created a flowchart that is just as good as the ones I did many years ago with Visio. However I have an issue that I can’t solve from the Help files. When I click on “Print” there is no option to select my printer and it always prints to PDF, even though my system default printer is a real one.  Can I print directly, as is suggested in the help files?

Hi all, I originally replied to a similar topic here,  but since that thread is marked as solved and was posted 7 months ago, I wasn’t sure if it would receive any updates or responses. So, I’m creating this new topic to raise awareness of the issue in case others are experiencing the same. Our team is encountering a significant disruption with LucidChart’s print functionality. When we select “Print” from the menu, it initially opens the LucidChart print dialog, where we can choose between “Full Canvas” or “Divide by Page Tile”—we typically select “Divide by Page Tile.” Normally, this action would then open the Chrome print dialog to let us print directly to our network printer. However, now, instead of opening the Chrome print dialog, it immediately brings up a save file dialog to save the document as a PDF, with no direct print option available. This change has impacted our workflow, as it adds unnecessary steps: we now have to save the file, open it manually, print, and then manage

Hi all,I have purchased the basic Lucidchart plan with only one license (under my current email address); however I could only put some comments on my documents that I created previously.Do you know what went wrong on this case, or what should I do to gain full access of my documents?Kind regardsCosy

Of late, the various groups of shapes in my shapes panel have a bounding red box - I can’t see all the shapes and I can’t scroll within this box as well. This red box comes around comments I make as well - everything gets garbled.

We are getting the following error when enabling the PowerPoint integration: AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'https://omexexternal-prod.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/landing' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '3f520182-023f-4483-8cc1-acb6b6c64280'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal. Navigate to https://aka.ms/redirectUriMismatchError to learn more about how to fix this. What are we doing wrong?

We noticed we have "Team Spaces" now in our Lucidchart but can't seem to find anything that explains the difference between "Team Spaces" and "Team Folders".  We are currently leveraging Team Folders but if Team Spaces is the better option we'd like to explore that. Is there any information comparing the two?

How do I use the freehand tool in mobile?

Hey there!I’ve found that charts opens to a black window when using Firefox (shown below). However, this can be fixed by disabling WebGL (ctrl + shift + alt +g). Could this potentially be disabled by default when Firefox headers are present? Thanks, nhhvhyWindow with WebGL enabled, Firefox v130.0.1

Hi everyone,I'm working on importing a custom shape into Lucidchart, but I'm running into some challenges. The shape has a blue textbox with an icon in the top right. Currently, when I resize the shape, both the textbox and the icon resize together. Ideally, I'd like only the blue textbox to adjust in size while keeping the icon static in its position and size. Any tips on how to set this up? Thanks!

I've encountered a strange issue with the Lucid-JIRA integration. We haven’t changed any configuration recently, but the Assignee icon has stopped displaying for our subtasks. Task and Story cards are still showing the Assignee correctly. I checked my other Lucid boards, and the Assignee appears correctly for subtasks there, so it seems something has gone wrong specifically with our board.Since we’re using Lucid as our Kanban board, displaying the Assignee for subtasks is essential for our day-to-day work.Any idea how to fix it?Assignee is also not available on card details

Hi which version of Lucid do I need to be able to import data from Excel?

Hi - I'm in an interim situation where we're managing projects in a spreadsheet while we get a full-scale PM tool going... is there an easy way to bring Excel data into LucidCards so I can visualize a roadmap? Thanks!

I have data in an excel document to show relationships between objects. Data is organized in the following manner: Coliumn A : Source  Column B: Target   I want to import it into lucid chart and have shapes for data in column A and Column B with a line drawn between them. Has anyone done this ?

How to convert an excel with multiple sheets and numerous formulas to an easy to understand business or a work flow?

Hi there - I am trying a workaround by importing an excel file and trying to link cells of my data to individual shapes in my Lucid Chart. I see something similar was done in the Skills inventory by department template but I am unable to see how each cell was linked to each shape. If you have any videos or such please let me know.   Thank you!
