Line jump
Is it possible to have a Line Hop setting, where two overlapping but not related lines can be show with a hop/bridge (effectively a semicircle on the line where it overlaps)?

Yes, you can do this in Lucidchart. The line style editing menu is in the top bar just to the left of the line width menu (currently showing 1px).
