Unable to login to Lucid Chart all of a sudden. Slow to log out times out refreshed then tried to log out again and logged out after second refresh. Now unable to log in just times out. Internet works fine not slow at all on any other websites and cleared cookies and cache from all time on Chrome.

Hi Melanie I apologize for the trouble accessing your account. Could you try opening your account in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window please see this community post (in English).

If those don’t resolve the problem can you please share a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac). This will help me take a deeper look. Thanks for you help and patience.

I am experiencing the same issue as Melanie reported a year ago.  Slow to logout, sometimes hangs on login. See inspect element on Chrome for Mac.  Latest version Chrome.  Apple Macbook M2 running Sonoma 14.7.1.  While running in incognito, the issue is less problematic.  Cleared cache and cookies.  Also removed any plugins that may block cookies (bitdefender).  I also took a video of it happening with the console open.  Let me know if you want to see that and how to deliver.

Hi @angryguy ,

Thank you for the reply and information! Would you mind to try this on a different browser and let me know if this helps the slowness. It should be noted that slowness is typically related to browser, OS, or network issues -- it may be worth working with your internal IT team to determine if you are coming up against any of these roadblocks such as a firewall other network issue that may be causing interference with Lucidchart.

Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you for your help and patience!
