Published URLs are prompting for login

When publishing a Lucid chart the URL is redirecting members of my team to login to Lucid to see the published document. However, these folks don’t and shouldn’t have Lucid accounts, they just need to view the document. 

The links work fine when using a private or incognito window. 

If it matters, we’re using Okta SSO for those of us with Lucid accounts.
