Hi I deleted a page inside my document by mistake and continue working for a few hours in other pages how can I restore the page deleted without loosing the work done from that point?   Thanks in advance for your help

I have added a pie chart to my diagram.  I am able to change the color of the largest "pie" but unable to change the color of the other pies.  Any suggestions on how to do this??

It's an unconventional org chart however I need to remove the blank positions withour moving any other position.  In these cases the Educators report directly into the head of the community.  I'm brand new to Lucid any assistance would be appreciated.

I would like to be able to import a couple views into my ERD import section or into my saved shapes section. Is there a good way to do this?   Thanks

Hello -  When I have used Lucidchart in the past I have been able to click and drag individuals throughout the page without moving them to other managers and messing up the chart. In the past the line that associated them to their manager would simply move with it. Now they have all of the red plus signs surrounding their profile and will not allow for any fluid placements on the page.  I am trying to lay out a fairly large org and move people around to fit on one to two pages but I feel like now Lucidchart took away the ability to move people's boxes around.  Is there a way to "unlock" these org charts to allow for further editing? Thank you!

I am currently trying to customize/edit a flowchart template and the colored circles seem to be embedded with the boxes and I'm needing to move them around since I changed the key.  Screen shot is attached.  Thanks!

I have created a custom Library of icons under a certain theme expecting to make it use like AWS Kubernetes sort of icons. However I couldn't find a way to attach Text Labels to the icons. For example when you drag and drop an icon from AWS shapes/icons palette to the editor you get a default text label attached to the icon (which you can alter or delete). How can I add such text labels on my icons?

Just wondering if I can control the move increment to a smaller one when I press the arrow key to move a selected object. I would like to move some objects just a bit closer to one another. Is the grid value controllable beyond inch and centimeter? Thanks for your reply.

My containers aren't containers anymore.  They're just boxes.  What happened?  I knew that would happen when you copy a container--i.e the "container property" doesn't get copied with it. Is there a way I can turn that property back on?

I created a Lucid charts diagram. When I inserted into Confluence wiki page The canvas of the diagram doesn't not autosize.

Hello:) I have created a sequence diagram (not using markup the markup has been a bit of a learning curve and the entities don't come out in the order I want them). I have just been using the template. I wanted to know if connectors can be moved up a lifeline without having to move both sides of the connector? This functionality is available in visio and it makes sequence diagramming really quick and easy. Visio below being able to move the entire connector: Lucidcharts: I have to select one side of the connector and then the other side to move it. This triples the time it takes to create the sequence diagram. Is there a way around this? Can I add more than one "else" scenario in a Alt? How do I do this.

Hi- I am making a floor plan.  I cannot have the dimensions visible on the final proof.  How can you turn them off?  I see disabling guides grids and rulers but not this.  Thanks!

I have shared my document via URL with other people in my company. They just have view-only access. Is it possible to see who is viewing it? I see a little circle icon pop up at the top which I assume is when someone else is viewing but it doesn't say who.

I'm curious if a view only account on an Enterprise plan can upload a Visio file and then share it to others?

Good morning I was doing a college work with a friend and he accdently started doing a second fluxogram on top of the first I know I have to be pro to check history of a file. But I really need to get it back I have it downloaded as pdf but I need to edit some small things on it. Please help. Need to get it back to how it was yesterday or a few hours ago. Fluxograma Rito comum ordinário

It does not a have rotate option like when I import pics or create custom shape and my power strips are vertical

The original org chart builder allowed me to set the layout for independently for any employee at any level so I could start with a standard horizontal cascading format but for a single manager with lots of direct reports at a lower level in the chart I could switch to a vertical team format in one of several styles.  I could also manually reposition individuals without changing their reporting structure which enabled staggering vertically to conserve space. Are these features gone for good?  It was great in its original conception.

BPMN Diagram - I have a swimlane acting as a black box with message flows in and out of the container.  If I resize the swimlane (due to the flow getting bigger) all of the message flows connected to it move. This is really irritating as I then have to go back and move them all again.  Is there a way to lock them so they don't move everytime I resize?

I imported an xlsx file into Smart Containers. We have made some updates to the Excel and even though I click the Data Refresh button the data doesn't update. Any suggestions?

I have a big floorplan and the measurements are too small to read. How can I resize the wall length text so it can be read when looking at the whole plan

Hi there Is there a way to obtain a shareable link for a given document that is private to an Organization or a Group of users ? When enabling the shareable link it seems public to everyone who has the link. Thanks Jeremie

Hello;   I'm trying to ensure I use the right version of a font. I don't seem to be able to undo or reconfigure a font that I've set up somewhat mistakenly.   Pictured below is a sample (not out of LucidChart) of how our design team wants the IBM Plex Sans font to be used:     I have been trying to match our branding appropriately in our LC templates. When I downloaded the IBM Plex Sans font there were a number of typefaces (Thin Medium etc) as pictured below.     Without really thinking after downloading these I drag-and-drop'd all of them into LC's Font Manager. So here's the problem: I don't have a way to wipe my uploaded font and start over or to specify which fontfaces of Plex I actually want to use. And I think LC is by default using the wrong one.   Here's me trying to replicate some design objects as samples. You can see that the font is visibly too thin when non-bolded and visibly too thick when bolded.     Really I

Can I apply conditional formatting to a table (imported data) For example turn the cell red if the imported value = yes The only alternative is to import the cells as individual shapes - but thats time consuming.
