Hi

I'm evaluating Lucidchart as a replacement to our Smartdraw licenses. Two questions please:

1) How do I test your Smartdraw import in the free version?

2) How to I get support without needing to make a post?

Hi Chris

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! While there is not currently a way to import Smart Draw diagrams directly into Lucidchart you can export those diagrams as Visio files. Once converted to Visio files the diagrams can be imported to your Lucidchart account. While using a free account these imported files will be view-only but upgrading your account will allow you to edit any imported file.
