ChatGPT custom endpoint failed to get response

Hello!My company’s has a custom ChatGPT endpoint.  When I try to connect, Lucid is sending the authorization as:Bearer <API key>But we’re expecting a custom key (starting with another term instead of “Bearer”). Is there a way to change the authorization to a custom key?

[bug] "Trouble saving recent changes" message on a comment-only document

I am seeing this error message, on a fresh load of a shared document where I only have “Comment” permissions. It happens every time I reload the page.I tried clearing the offline site data but no luck (Using Chrome on MacOS)

Error with Embed Rest API

I’m getting an error while trying to embed a Viewer iFrame using the REST API. “Our servers experienced an error. We apologize for the inconvenience. I send a POST to https://api.lucid.co/embeds/token with no embedId, just the origin in the body and the bearer token in the header per the documentation here: https://developer.lucid.co/rest-api/v1/#generate-embed-session-token60 I get back a Session Token in the body of the response and then set this as my iFrame source:https://lucid.app/embeds?token=:token where :token is replaced with the response from the POST and get the below error. This was working previously but stopped working at some point, I think in December. I believe it is also not working when there is an embedId but haven’t had a chance to retest that.

Disable markdown when typing?

Is there a way to disable markdown formatting? It’s making it fully impossible to complete this erd task. Every time I surround a word with underscores, it goes italics and the underscores disappear.So store_location_id renders as storelocationid. Other apps with this behavior, ctrl-z removes the autoformat, leaving the desired “store_location_id”. Slightly annoying but workable.In Lucidchart, ctrl-z removes the entire character as well as the formatting. So: store_location » type “>” » storelocation » ctrl-z » store_location. There’s no way out of the loop, to actually enter my column name to my erd.

Mangled text

Hello! I started working on a new chart this morning, and it worked fine until I closed and re-opened the document -- and now the text is mangled.  I tried disabling WebGL: I tried changing the font and back again: I’m using Firefox 120.0.1 (64-bit) in Debian 12 -- and to be clear, this document was working perfectly this morning. This is a “stopped working” situation rather than a “never worked” situation. Other websites in the same browser are working, too.

ChatGPT Integration does not appear to support editing diagrams currently

I have followed the instructions for using the ChatGPT integration, however the chatgpt never outputs an “Edit Flowchart in Lucid” link. The link it does provide results in a downloaded png file.If I open up the Lucid ChatGPT plugin output and use the “editLink” instead of the png “imageLink”, it does go to the Lucid app but either reports an error or displays a blank LucidChart page.Does the Lucid ChatGPT plugin need updating because of recent ChatGPT functionality changes?

Customizing LucidChart UI

I have created custom UIs within MIRO as part of my organization product offerings.  We would like to provide a similar experience to LucidChart.  React would be our preferred web framework and I see documentation on this. LucidChart toolbar has File Edit View Insert set menu items.  Can you extend LucidChart menu?  Add a new menu item perhaps with sub menus? Shapes on the document in LucidChart contain a right click.  Can you add new right-click menu items? The documentation for React UI shows adding a new custom right panel.   I looked but cannot find the other options to add panels or modals.  What are the alternatives? Thanks Dan

Hi there Unfortunately I couldn't find answer for my question in the Help Center and Community. We are onboarding the service Lucid by our workflow and need more transparency to understand if other users will be able to access the shared content after the data is transferred during user deletion? How to Nest Diagrams in Lucidchart to reveal additional details

I have an extensive model I want to create visually. Using supersets multiple subsets sets and elements I want to nest (compose) diagrams into each other while still having an easy-to-use tree to navigate. I am not sure Lucidchart is complex enough to suit my needs. Could someone please give me some advice? Example nested diagrams: Superset diagram > Subset diagrams > Set diagram > Elements diagram. Several other nested diagrams follow another Superset and so on. Connecting pages or using layers seems messy. Can I represent the child-parent relationships in Lucidchart or do I have to use another tool?

Is LucidChart Scriptable?

I'd like to create a button on the master page that would take the viewer to the "last page viewed". This is an important element in building a dynamic multi-page document that can be navigated effortlessly. The "Page" action is useful to a point but it does not offer the ability to "remember" where the user "came from". Often a "destination" page may be viewed from several different starting points. It makes sense that the "starting point" could be captured as a variable and used in an action to "return to the previous page". If this is not already built into LucidChart can LucidChart be scripted using Javascript?

Setting a border around shapes in Lucidchart

I have a group of items and list that I want to place a border around. I am able to place a border around them by putting a box and increase border size and make the inside translucent. But the problem is as I update that document I have to move the border box out of the way. That becomes a problem because the box then wants to become apart of other lines and the drawing is messed up and having to undo everything. Also when putting a border and title block on the page This has the same actions. Is there away to just make a box with lines and no points inside thinking I want to adjust it? This has been taking up a lot of my time for something so easy in other applications.

How to format and style text fields in an org chart template in Lucidchart

Hi - I am using a basic org chart and have added some additional fields to display (which is working great!). How do I go about changing the font and size and colour of text for each field. For example I Want to make the Name one size and the role a different size and bold. I then want the additional fields I've added to be smaller and not bold. Thanks.

Layers and pages in a Lucid multi-page network

 Both layers and pages provide flexibility but when building multi-page network diagrams layers rule. How can I do both? We print on 11x17 paper can I just make my page size 11 x 17 x <num_pages>? How will it print? We send our diagrams off to a printer so I can't test it in-house?
