My manger set up a team separate from our corporate account. She sent an invite but I'm getting this notice



 



"Your team admin has prevented you from joining another team."



 



How do I get my account taken off the original team?

Thanks for posting in the community! You're receiving this message because the admin of your corporate account (that you're currently licensed under) has enabled a domain lockdown setting that prevents users from leaving the team for security and document management reasons. If you'd like to join your manager's new team you'll first need to speak with your internal IT team or the admin of this account in order to be removed from your current team. Once you're removed you'll be able to accept the invitation to join your manger's team! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
