How can you add text or words outside the flowchart in Lucid?  For example labeling the flowchart "Order Process"?

I have created a folder structure which i have shared and i have granted view rights to all users and edit rights to some specific users but no users can create documents   please can you confirm if this is possible and if so what i am doing wrong

When I try to move my entire chart in Lucidchart sometimes my shapes are altered or the format changes. Could I get some assistance please?

I would like to use one of lucid charts examples and rename the information in it (eg rename the lane header).  I'm brand new to this so maybe its obvious and I can't find it.  This would be very helpful.

I am trying to build a site map of sorts. Every time I add a page and link it to another page everything moves around. Is there any way to turn this feature off?

I have three questions while drawing maps to illustrate  human metabolism  1) How can we include Greek alphabet letters in our drawing 2)How many layers can we have maximum? 3) We want to draw an arrow that has two lines crossing the arrow (see attachment). We tried to use two lines but at the place where the lines intersect with the arrow the line is no longer straight. That's not what we want. We also try using equation marks but the background of the equation is not transparent. it blocks part of the arrow.  Not sure how to proceed   Thanks! Screen Shot 2015-04-15 at 4.04.20 PM.png

Does such a list exist? More specifically I was wondering if there was a shortcut to go from one selected box to selecting the one next to it? And while we're at it is there a way to select the text inside a box without having to use the mouse double-click?

How can I rotate a window?

Would be nice to have an arrow option in Lucidchart for process flows so you could create a bidirectional line with both a head and tail arrow.

I added a shape and typed in some text.  I would like to change the shape to something different but retain the text.  Is that possible?

I am using the online version and I cannot find where to disable line jumps. I have multiple intersecting lines and I need them to not have jumps. Can someone please point me to where I can disable this?

I would like to be able to place a border around an image. Not a border placed floating around it (like a container) but one that is stuck to the image. Images look better this way.

It seems like there's no way to lock aspect ratio while resizing an object.

I've found a few hot keys I didn't know about while browsing through the forums (Like ⌥ + mouse to move canvas and ⌘+G to group) and a few are mentioned in UI menus (L for line draw) but is there a master list somewhere?
