Portions of the data within my document disappear when I enter ‘Present Slides’ mode.  Then, when I return to the document, the data continues to not appear until I refresh the page, then the data shows back up...

I am looking for a wireframe to map out a CRM before we set it up. Does anyone have a template?

I have been seeing this type of errors in every app.lucid.co navigation. https://lucid.app/documents for example

I highlight my shapes, I go to the presentation builder window and click on the ellipsis button and “highlight selected shapes” is no longer in the menu. Where did it go?

We recently migrated the one Confluence cloud instance to another Confluence cloud instance. At the time of migration, we didn't install the Lucidchart Diagram Connector plugin on the destination instance. Now, users are requesting this add-on to access previously connected diagrams. We've since installed the Lucidchart Diagram Connector plugin on our destination instance, and while we can connect new diagrams, users still can't access the previously connected diagrams on Confluence pages, encountering the following error.Sorry!Unable to copy, move, or duplicate Confluence pages with macros. Try copying the page first, deleting macros showing errors, and reinserting the macros.Flow ID: 5fba31a0d410ea53Time: 2026-07-22T09:09:53.042Z

Another company hurting functionality to add AI I don’t need….😣Hovering no longer gives me an option to change the shape - only this AI tool that I don’t need right now. I look at the full menu, no option to change the shape. The only way I can find to change the shape here is add a completely new one from the left tool bar. Not ideal when I decide to change the shapes halfway into a project...now I just have to redo the whole thing?Hopefully I just need another cup of coffee and am just overlooking it, but WHERE is the change shape button!?

Hi all, I created a document and shared it with colleagues. The document was saved in a folder. Unfortunately, the document does not show up when opening this folder.Searching the file in the documents yields no results. When accessing the document using the link that was sent to the colleagues, I can open the document. The menu “File”, “Details” shows the location “shared with”, the “owner” is empty.I was able to make a colleague owner, then the colleague made me owner again. After re-opening the file, the “owner” is again empty. Any help is welcome MI-MAB

Hi team, We have setup a Google Sheet linking to our org chart. From Data Linking, I can see the data refreshed from my Google Sheet. But my org chart is not updated unless I click on the “Refresh Dataset” button. Is there anyway to automatically refresh my org chart once my Google Sheet data is pulled into the Data Linking?

For the past few months, my group has been uploading and converting our designs from Visio. Just today, someone in my team reported that when they are converting a file, some shapes on the existing design show up as broken or missing. I tried uploading the same file from my computer, as well as different Visio designs for different clients and got the same issue. I even went as far as uploading an old design that I successfully uploaded 2 days ago (to then modify) and I was experiencing the same issue that I did not have prior. For example:When I uploaded the design on the 20th, one shape showed properly (first), but when I uploaded the old design again today, same file--untouched since September 2025--it gives the missing image (second): How one shape is supposed to look when uploaded from VisioSame shape from same file uploaded 2 days later (today)At this time I did check the status.lucid.co and it shows “All Systems Operational”. I’m not sure what else to try, but since this happens

I’m trying to delete my account and there is no option in User Settings that allows me to delete the account.

Hi Was seriously considering a subscription to what looks like a great tool; HOWEVER; after installing on my Surface Pro and trying to use it with the surface pen its infuriating. (Online & Offline version) There's no canvas area pinch-zoom. Every time you select an ERD object the keyboard opens in a sectioned off screen area. You can't join ERD entities with relationships using the pen unless you're zoomed in. The zoom bar is terrible to use. PLEASE - Sit someone in a room with a surface + pen and get some serious usability feedback. You know that tablets & pens are the future right ? You know you need to address this ? The desktop + mouse is NOT where this product's customer base lies. This needs to be a slick easy to use product for tablet owners. I need to do ERD diagrams and the template for that on your desktop version (with mouse) seems really good. I also need to do web-application screen designs and user journeys. I wanted this tool to work so badly on my Surface Pro

any tips on how to get the jira cards to fully update?

Update June 21st, 2026: This feature is released and no longer in beta. You’ll see a single entry labeled “share link” in your collaborator list, and users who access via the share link are not listed individually as collaborators. Any changes you make to permissions will immediately apply to everyone using the share link. For more information, check out the Create a shareable link section of the Share with collaborators in Lucid article from the Help Center. We are currently testing new logic for shareable links to give you more centralized control over who can see and edit your work. What’s changingPreviously, when someone clicked a shareable link, they were automatically added to your document as a permanent collaborator. This meant that if you later changed the link’s permissions, those original users kept their old access levels unless you manually updated them one by one. With this improvement, users who access a document via a link are no longer added as individual collaborators. How to do this in Lucid chart?

I’m in the middle of a flow chart and on a deadline, and the “enter” key just randomly stopped working. I’ve made no changes to the settings whatsoever. Instead of hitting Enter to drop down to the next line, I now have to hit Shift + Enter; that’s all I need, yet another step to slow me down.Any suggestions? I have googled this for hours and have not found a solution. I must be the only person in the universe experiencing this problem.

I have created a Conditional formatting rule in Lucidchart, and would like other users to be able to apply it to their documents… is it possible to share the Conditional formatting rule with other users?

Hi everyone,I've been working on a gaming website that has grown much faster than I expected. At first, managing game pages was pretty simple, but after adding hundreds of titles across different genres, keeping everything organized has become more challenging.Right now, I'm trying to improve the way I categorize pages, keep related content connected, and make it easier for both visitors and my team to navigate the structure. I've experimented with simple flowcharts and content maps, but they quickly become crowded as the project grows. For those of you who use Lucidchart for website planning or content organization, how do you usually structure a large project like this? Do you create separate diagrams for each category, or keep everything connected in one master chart?I'd also love to know if there are any layouts or templates that work particularly well for visualizing website architecture without making the diagrams difficult to read.Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciat

I have created a workbook and am working on a set of process flows.  I have added and named tabs, but every time I reopen the document, the tab names revert back to old names (copy of ….) or page number.  This is frustrating as I have now done this 4 or 5 times.  It lessens my confidence in the fidelity of the actual saved content, but I don’t seem to have any issues with that… accept the time spent on scrutinising them over and over and over

Ok - I know this is incredibly basic but I'm finding it impossible to move or nudge lines! Once a line segment is inserted via the default shape template I need to shift the entire line - not just one end. However if I click on the line it selects either one of the endpoints or the midpoint. If I then click and drag any of these the line is re-aligned not moved.  The only way I've found to trick the system is to create a line copy then paste. Somehow the line then gets selected for moving (although it drops with a random offset making it hard to place precisely). I'd also like to nudge objects finely depending on the zoom level - but there's neither any functionality nor any nudge term found in the help system. Moving and nudging are extremely basic - and especially for complex floor plan work essential.   Am I missing something completely obvious? Help!

why my floor plan scale is fixed like this ?

I have a quick question regarding Google Slides integrations. I recently tried installing the Lucidchart add-on for Google Slides. Although the system indicated that the installation was successful, I cannot find or see the app anywhere within my Google Slides interface. I have tried troubleshooting this on my own by getting help from various tutorials but still cannot locate it. Is the Lucidchart app supposed to appear directly inside Google Slides, or is there a specific menu where it is hidden?    Additionally, I would like to inquire if you have plans to provide an institutional or extended trial for Lucidchart?Thank you for your help

My work screen becomes black for all of my work. What is the problem? In addition, I am amazed that there is no contact form for help and that there is no possibility to get in touch with Lucid team.

Earlier I have been able to add and hide layers on each presentation slide, but I can't find that feature any more. Is it removed?
