I’m trying to put together a storyboard in lucidspark, which I’ve done no problem before with lots of images. For this one, I’ve been able to load a few images, but now can’t upload anymore. Have tried every different file type. Replace image function just hangs and does nothing til I refresh page and there’s no change. I drag and drop, and they just disappear, I use the uploader in the media tab, and it does nothing. I’m not short of storage - tons of space is available. I’ll need to start this project over in a new app tomorrow unless this gets sorted out. Any ideas?

I’m a Mac user, I’ve cleared my browser cache, flushed the history on lucid, tried a different browser.

Hi @mmillard, thank you for posting in the community! As a first step, I recommend reviewing this Troubleshooting: Images article and trying the steps outlined there.

To highlight the most common issue - the File is too big:
If your image fails to upload, check the size of the image to make sure it is under that limit. If the image is too big, reduce the file size, then try uploading again. Lucid has the following upload limits:

  • Image files (JPG, PNG, etc.): 10 MB
    • Images also have a maximum size of 4,000 x 4,000 pixels
  • GIFs: 5 MB
  • PSDs files: 30 MB
  • PDFs: 10 MB

Could you please double-check if your image is under the pixel limit? If not, please try resizing it and uploading again.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

I looked at all of that. I converted the images to jpgs, shrank them all to ~700x400px, averaging 70-80kb each at 72 resolution. I upload an image, it appears for a moment as a tiny dot, then disappears.
