Can't edit text on shapes after CSV export in Lucidspark

What I did:
I exported the text from 11 text blocks to .CSV using “Export selection” » CSV Shape of data

What happened:
The file exported
But then, when I went back to Lucidspark, the greater shape behind the shapes, and everything else not selected that was in text boxes is now flat, uneditable. Stickies remain movable though.

Expectations:
I expect the shapes to remain editible/movable… what happened? How do I fix this?

Hi @Dianne,

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community, and I apologize for the delay here!

I have attempted the steps you tried on my end, and the shapes remained editable, which is the expected behavior.

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?.

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

  • A temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN.

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Sorry, I can’t do that. I wasted so much time trying to get it to work and couldn’t, I started a new Lucid. I did not retain the original Lucid, as it was unusable. Unless you can tell me how to recover a deleted one.

Hi @Dianne,

I completely understand and apologize for any frustration this has caused.

If you go to your Lucid home page and select “Documents” → “Trash” → and then click “Restore” on the document you deleted, you will be able to continue working on it! Please see screenshot below showing specific steps:

Let me know if you have additional questions!
