Hi @Wael,
Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community and for flagging this! I’m sorry for any trouble this has caused and am happy to help narrow down what's going on.
Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window first? Browser history links can sometimes hang onto outdated session tokens, so a fresh incognito window with the URL pasted in can help rule that out. Also, if you're on a VPN, could you try disconnecting from it (or switching networks)? Sometimes account access hiccups like this are tied to internet security/speed or browser session issues. If you need help opening an incognito window, here's a quick Incognito Window | Community that walks through it!
If that doesn't do the trick, here are a few more things to check:
- Verify the account you're logged into: Head to lucid.app and check the profile icon in the top right corner. Make sure you're signed into the exact email that originally had access to the board (it's easy to accidentally be logged into a personal account instead of a corporate/SAML one!).
- Check your main Documents page: Rather than using the browser history link, go straight to your Documents tab on lucid.app and check under Shared with me or Trash. If the board isn't showing up under "Shared with me," your access may have been updated or revoked by the owner.
- Reach out to the document owner: If a teammate or outside collaborator created this board, it's worth checking in with them to see if sharing permissions changed, the doc moved to a restricted folder, or it was deleted.
If none of these steps get you back in, could you send us:
- A screenshot of the issue
- A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing it. You can open your Javascript Console with Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac)
That'll give us a lot more to work with! Thanks so much for your patience, @Wael!
