I am exporting my diagram to CSV file.In the exported file the field names of my custom data are lower case but I want it as it is in the field name.Is there any settings i can change for it? or is there any other format I can export the data?

I'd like to move the text out of a shape and below it but still keep the shape and the text associated.  I remember this from Visio but can't find it in LucidChart or in any searches on a bunch of different ways of phrasing it.  So for instance if I have a simple box shape but I want the label below the shape instead of inside it how can I do that.  Note that align to bottom doesn't accomplish this.    Thanks Ed G

While trying to export an image of a large org chart I get the following error:(File > Export > ANY Image format > Crop to Content / 160 DPI > Download)

I'm interested in making a radar graph with 5 lines radiating from the center like a star. I would like to graph a score on each of the 5 radial lines from 1-10 and then connect them with a line. This will help show areas of greatest weakness in a company. Any tips on how to make the 5 lines radiating from the center and mark them with numbers from 1-10? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there I've been working on a chart for two days now and one of the most used features was to duplicate an object and then change the content. As of today I cannot do that LC thinks I was accessing a premium feature. How can I go back to the old funcionality? I'm using a free account and the phenomenon appears both in Chrome and in the Android App. Thanks in Advance

Hi there I use the Lucidspark whiteboards to tutor students online and I've been having an issue with WebGL. I get a notification at the bottom of the screen that WebGL has been enabled and then all my writing on the whiteboard gets a weird paint splatter effect and sometimes becomes illegible. I've been using Lucidspark for months now and this just started happening a couple of weeks ago. I've gone through all of the help docs and disabled WebGL in my browser settings and it still happens. Please help.

How do I remove the yellow caution icon (!) at the corner of process boxes.

When using the floor planning feature the scale is off (Measured with rule) when printing it out to A3 paper. Is there a way to correct this so it measures correctly

Clicking a link to another flowchart from a published document opens that other document in edit mode. How do I get the action to open a published version of the linked flowchart? It would be really nice if there was some sort of a preview function that would show me the flowchart as a normal viewer without editing permissions would see it. This seems like basic functionality that is missing from LucidChart. Or at least it's not an easy function to use because so far I haven't been able to figure it out.

Is there a way to save specific colors in a template rather than searching for the color code number? When they reorganized the line and text colors our defaults aren't there anymore.

Can we insert a web link inside the UML Sequence Markup so if you click on a box or line it will take you to that link?

When I add my child bubbles and click 'auto layout' one of the child bubbles doesn't reposition with the others. Here's what it looks like:

I am trying to select all the lines in my graph and make them all the same roundness. But for some reason every time I select the lines the "Rounded" box to edit is grayed out and I'm unable to change them. I can't even change one line when I select it. There are a lot of lines that are different amounts of rounded and I'd really like them to all be consistent.

See on chart below the text (YES and NO) on the lines coming out of diamond shapes. Some of them have an oval around them and some of them have no border. How do I change them all to not have a border around them? How do you determine which way it will be: with or without a border? Thanks Ken

Does anyone from Lucid reply to tickets logged via the website I have been waiting and waiting with no feedback?

The website is very very laggy on Firefox. Frustrating to use. A post from January suggested moving to Chrome and it appears to have helped a ton. I'd prefer if my primary browser could run Lucid Chart.

This old article seems to be out of date: https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360077697231-How-do-I-change-the-page-of-the-lucidchart-when-adding-it-to-my-google-doc-My Google Slides Add-on doesn't offer that pop-up to select the page.  When clicking the + to add a diagram to the slide it just adds straight in and displays the first page automatically.  Is there something I can add to the URL to force to display a particular page?

A Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) houses a variety of resources including routing regions subnets and availability zones. Lucidscale has a built-in view that will help you quickly focus on your VPC topology so you can have an accurate view of the relationships between your VPCs. 1. Import your architecture into the Data Hub. Navigate to the Data Hub in the left-side panel of the Lucid homepage and select “+ New Account'' to pull in cloud provider metadata and get an accurate picture of your current state. Lucidscale works with AWS Azure and GCP. For more detailed instructions check out our Help Center articles on importing your data. 2. Create new model in Lucidscale. Auto-generate a model from your imported data. You’ll be able to apply filters customize views show connected resources and more. 3. Apply the VPC Topology View. When you generate a new Model your rendered infrastructure will automatically display in the Summarized Infrastructure view. You can select VPC Topology f

I am moving to touch devices as part of my workflow - its 2021 and there are plenty of devices available and flowcharting with touch is great. Except in Lucidchart in Chrome on any touch device whether its my Samsung tablet or my touchscreen monitor attached to my pc. I can't even add objects. Made a few complains in a few different ways and you've been strangely silent. Is there a plan for touch support or should I just give up?

My account linked to Microsoft login in my Office365 family account I want to change my login type to the email/password but cannot

We are embarking on a project that requires us to map out our entire current state process from the prospect journey to our alumni journey. I have completed the high level version in LucidChart but there are several steps along that high level that are actually full processes themselves. I did not want to clutter the current state wholistic map by including all the detail of those individual processes. Is it possible to create separate maps of the individual processes and make them accessible by clicking on the corresponding process step that would then redirect you to the separate map?

Hi  I would like to create a timeline for a whole day. But hour minutes  and secound are greayd out. I can select dates weeks +++ Is there anything I do wrong or is it not meant to be used like this?

Hello I can change my name at first but it reverts back to my old name once I refresh the page. Please help! -Fanny

I am trying to add an action on a "device" that I have on the lucid chart. The action is to open an ssh terminal. I am using the ssh link "ssh://<username>@<IP>". But the action takes me to email. The @ symbol is being considered as an email address instead of url.  This used to work at least a few months ago. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

For the love of everything please let people permanently skip onboarding. It's extremely annoying to click on a Lucid link a coworker gives me and get the dang onboarding screen again and again. I'm happy without you configuring my tutorials templates. Not allowing me to skip is user-hostile. Forcing me to refresh the page or reclick a link every time is user hostile. Be user friendly not user hostile. Thanks Tony
