Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community. When working with our floorplans it is important to make sure the scale tool is displaying the correct units and changed to your specifics.

It can also be helpful to use the measurement object which displays the scale and a tool that can be used to ensure the scaling is correct. This can dragged onto the canvas from the shapes toolbar and will automatically adjust as your scaling is modified.
