While trying to export an image of a large org chart I get the following error:
(File > Export > ANY Image format > Crop to Content / 160 DPI > Download)

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community. Here are a few things to ensure the success of your download:
- Go to File > Page Settings and disable infinite canvas
- From the same Page Settings tab click Fit to Page. This will scale your diagram to 1 page.
- Disable Auto-Tiling from the same Page Settings tab. This will disable all unused tiles.
- Try to the export again
