I am looking for a template for quarterly reporting on what was completed and also what is coming up in the next quarter. Has anyone seen a good one in the templates?

Hi I used to be able to open Lucidchart from Google Apps(the waffle menu) but now I can find it there When I search for Lucidchart on the Google Workspace Market it comes up as installed. Is this a new development?

I am trying to load a Lucidspark whiteboard in Cisco Webex. We have tested this a couple of times with some success. Today I was trying to use Lucidspark for a production call. I was able to login browse my boards and select a board to load.  The board started to load and got to what I would call the "95%" mark in the progress bar and then hung. It never recovered and repeated refreshing didn't help.

Hi I am not 100% sure I even have this question fully formed in my mind but that I'm looking for is something like this:  I am diagraming a process and use variety of shapes to denote various elements of the process.  I would like to then be able to export the diagram into an Excel format with a unique ID for each shape and line that's on the diagram.   Let's say I have a square titled A connecting line and another square titled B.  The excel spreadsheet would then contain something like this:- First line - Square - A - Unique ID- Second line - Line - Unique ID- Third line - Square - B - Unique ID So for me each one of these elements could be something that I have to build and as I import this into our PM software I can have the Unique ID as a reference to this diagram and this specific shape.   Is something like this possible?

One of my team members is playing with the APIs in Lucidchart but keeps hitting a roadblock. The call "https://app.lucidchart.com/documents/docs" seems to just die and not return the document list as described the docs. The user is logged in (there for authenticated) and can use a few other the other API calls such as getting descriptions of documents if called by its ID name. But the document list command seems to be failing.

Hi there I just want to find out whether there is a way that I could share my Lucidchart work on our Company Wiki - I have tried using the embed option but it does not show the diagram rather just a string of words and then a link to the HTML page. Our Company makes use of MediaWiki.

ODBC and JDBC and ARFF are supported by Lucidchart??

Does anyone know if a flowchart from lucidchart can be exported to code such as C++ or java?

The last time I used Lucidspark I was able to double click to add extras of the last type of shape that I copied. Now whenever I double click it gives me the automatic sticky note which I don't like using. Has anyone else had this problem?  Has this feature been replaced by another shortcut?  If so how do I keep using it? Thanks

I was reading through the Lucid SCIM 2.0 documentation and was wondering how I could make the same calls if I'm using a non-supported IdP like PingIdentity - especially when it comes to authentication.  Will I be able to authenticate via OAuth2.0 and will I still be able to access all of Lucid's SCIM resources?

HiI am using Lucid chart SCIM2.0 API's for my app integration. does SCIM2.0 API's have any rate limit or api calls per minute? any documentation around that?

Hi I have using a LucidChart SCIM users api in my one of the integration. I am using SCIM bearer token for authentication. is there is any expiry time for the bearer token?

HiI am exploring LucidChart trial version UI as well as APII can see edit roles option is disabled so I have few questions 1. Can we create a role or there are pre-defined set of roles? 2. Can we get all roles in api api? 3. any API to available to assign/remove role to/from user?

As a LucidChart Team Admin where exactly do I locate our client ID so that I can use it to build an OAUTH token for the REST API? It is not obvious where this is found.

I have topology data in the form of python dictionaries can I create flow diagram based on this data or any other data format using api's?

I'm trying to get a list of all the documents in the account and since the new API does not have an endpoint supporting this I'm using the legacy API to get the list of documents. But I'm not able to follow the instructions here https://developer.lucid.co/api/v1/#legacy-authentication to get the requestToken also. I get { "code": "unauthorized" "message": "Missing or invalid access token" } I have the same problem as both  https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4415168503316-Getting-Request-Token-for-OAuth-1-0-Exchange and https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4416449578260-Legacy-API-Auth-Graph-API- Can I get some examples for OAuth1 requests? The documentation doesn't describe much here.

Hi I want to get my created documents by api. The api below gets my documents and a thousand other documents. Why I get these documents ? I there a way to get only the documents associated to my acocunt ? Thanks https://app.lucidchart.com/documents/docs

Hi. I want to know if it's possible to update the email of a user through API.Also whether it's possible to add a user to a group through API as well. I could find anything related to user update here. Thanks.

How to get license details of Lucid Chart via Code/API or other method to monitor available licenses

I am unable to complete the OAuth 1.0 flow necessary to access data from https://lucid.app/api/graph/. The instructions for auth differ on https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/api_authorization and https://developer.lucid.co/api/#legacy-authentication. Following https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/api_authorization I have some observations: https://app.lucidchart.com/oauth/requestToken returns a oauth_token and oauth_token_secret in the response but not the oauth_callback_confirmed which the OAuth 1.0 spec says "MUST be present and set to true" (https://oauth.net/core/1.0a/#auth_step1) https://lucid.app/oauth/authorize?oauth_token={oauth_token returned in prev step} in the browser returns a 5 digit veification code e.g. 09281 but does not redirect to the callback url specified in the requestToken step Posting to https://app.lucidchart.com/oauth/accessToken?oauth_verifier={verification code from prev step} (+ auth now including the oauth token and secret)responds with "Invalid oauth_v

I was wondering if there is an API method of exporting towards SVG.PNG exists but does not retain the action links. In SVG these are converted to html links.

Hi there After getting an OAuth 1 token I'm able to make a call to https://app.lucidchart.com/documents/docs and see a list of documents associated with my account — this works fine. When I attempt to make a call to https://app.lucidchart.com/api/graph/<documentID> I get a 400 error with the message 'Bad document state'. I've tried a bunch of different document IDs but I get the same result each time. Not sure if it matters but I'm currently on a team trial account attempting to assess viability of Lucidcharts for a project which requires API access. Thanks :)

How can I add containers to the shapes in my default documents!  This is a frustrating omission for me every time I create a new document.   If there is no interest in solving my issue within the product perhaps there is another way? Is there an API that could do it? Could it be done with a browser script?

I need to create and save a new document from my mvc application. I provide a username and password and I want to access documents using this username and password without lucidchart loginpage. is there any way to login automatically to lucidchart using one username and password ? I use api but it redirect to loginpage.

Hello   I was wondering if Lucidchart has any integration with SharePoint Online via an API or otherwise.  My goal is for our users to be able to create their diagrams and drawling in our different Sharepoint sites.
