hi there i have a customer that provided a screenshot of the diagram that appears to be made using visio. I dont visio so I wanted to recreate their digram in lucid however i cant find the free visio shape library to import to lucid

In order to recreate your customer's Visio diagram in Lucidchart I recommend using the free Visio import tool to upload your client's file (.vdx .vsd or .vdsx types) directly which Lucidchart can then use to recreate the diagram automatically. I recommend this Import Files article from the Lucidchart Help Center for step-by-step instructions on how to do this!
Lucidchart doesn't currently support a Visio-specific shape library to recreate the diagram manually though I believe you will find Lucidchart's native shapes and tools sufficient should you choose to go this route! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
