Is it possible to copy from an image of a P&ID from a Lucidchart P&ID drawing to MS Word or Powerpoint?

Thanks for posting in the community! To clarify are you wanting to export your Lucidchart document as an image and insert it into MS Word document or Powerpoint? Or would you like to insert your Lucidchart document into MS Word/Powerpoint utilizing our Microsoft Integrations?
Both are an option for you. If you review the steps in the linked articles for either option I think you should be good to go. But let me know if I've misunderstood. Hope this helps!
