Hi I used to be able to open Lucidchart from Google Apps(the waffle menu) but now I can find it there When I search for Lucidchart on the Google Workspace Market it comes up as installed. Is this a new development?

Hi Mary thanks for posting in the Lucid Community - I'm happy to help! You are correct - while the Lucidchart add-ons previously were available via the Google Apps waffle menu and the Extensions > Add-ons menu via the toolbar at the top of the Docs Sheets and Slides editors it now exists in the toolbar on the right side of the editor.
From there you should be able to use the add-on normally. Please give this a try and let me know if you experience any additional trouble!
