When creating an org chart from imported data, how can I edit the information presented so that the edits are represented on each page? For example I want the org chart to show the department field on all pages, how can I make this edit show on each page rather than having to adjust each individual page manually?

Why doesn’t the shot cut for line “L” work anymore? Before I could hit “L” and I would be able to create a linking line for post it notes and now I can’t. Now it gives me way more options and I have to hover over to select what kind of line. Is this a new permanent change?

When I drag a connecter from a ‘decision’ shape, the app crashes. I don’t get the popup that usually shows to ask about colour coding yes or no. Instead the app stops responding and I have to reload the app.

Do we have the option to include filters and external system connectors to integrate any CRM / project / resource management section

Any easy steps to link Lucid and Jive ?

Is it possible to convert C code into one or more flow charts? regards Nico Verduin

How do I enable or see the AI icon on our enterprise account (I am the account owner)?Does Lucid have any solution or offering to create UML diagrams using AI? We have a large-scale project requiring 1000s of such diagrams for many microservices.

Some Jira projects show a large Lucid plugin section in the main layout of the card.Jira card shows a large plugin section to add diagrams or boards. This can be hidden, but only on a per card basis not for the whole project. What’s worse, is moving the card to another project retains this clutter. Other projects don’t show this.Jira card doesn’t show plugin section Can this be configured per project? Can we turn off the large add diagram/board sections altogether? There are multiple other ways of adding a diagram or board to a card. This large section adds unnecessary clutter to the card. You can add a Board or Diagram by selecting the more option on the card. You can also add Boards or Diagrams through the ‘Apps’ section at the top of the card.   The documentation for the Jira plugin leads to the ad page for the plugin on Lucid’s site, not any real documentation. There are no configuration options in the Jira  Add-On configuration page except the integration credentials.

I would like to know if there’s any way to download whole Lucid folders. Downloading files one by one will take an extremely long time every time, and it is not an option.

Hi There is no option to "save as" or export documents to Visio or any other format for that matter. Do I need to have a special account in order to have this option? Thanks.

Hello Team, I’d love to use this template ‘implementation plan’ for my project coordination. But how can I customize the grid container name? If it is not possible to change, I wanted to create a new grid container. But it seems it is not supported to copy the container as a whole.  Would it be appreciated if you can provide help. Best regards,Daisy

Migrated from on-prem to cloud.  Was running Gliffy and Lucid.  Ran both converters.  Gliffy version was too old to actually update to known good conversion.  Would have required Confluence upgrade then Gliffy upgrade. We are running old versions of both. Get this message on page:This Lucidchart macro was imported from Confluence Server and needs to be converted by your Confluence admin.Alternatively, someone with edit access to the diagram and this page can reinsert the diagram here. Nothing can get anything to happen.  I can’t find any answer in the FAQ or Community.

I have a large swimlane diagram in lucidchart and when I go to publish a single page PDF it produces over 2500 pages? Also if i try PNG and Jpeg printable quality formats when I go to load it says the webpage has moved, i desperately need to produce a single page pdf format but it seems that due to the size the software cant cope, any help, suggestions?

When setting up the layout of a document with a lot of objects it can be challenging to get the objects exactly where you want them—whether you want to align them to a particular side or you want to distribute them evenly. That’s where Lucid’s “align” and “distribute” shortcuts come in handy! First some definitions:Align: This tool allows you to bring a selection of objects to the right left top bottom or center of one particular object on the document. The alignment is relative to whichever shape you right-click to access the “Align” menu. Distribute: This tool allows you to evenly distribute objects either horizontally or vertically. The objects will be spread out evenly between the objects that are farthest away from each other in the selection.Let’s check out some examples! AlignIn this example I am aligning five sticky notes to the left-hand side of the red sticky note (#1). Because I right-clicked the red sticky note all the shapes move to align with that shape specifically. Distr

I feel somewhat embarrassed to ask something like this but I am at my wits end, and I think my OCD is kicking in ;) I am unable to find the text style option in the toolbar. vs I am sure it is a setting but I can’t find it.Any help would be appreciated.

I am on a monthly plan which is paid up to date, but today I discovered all my [previous flow charts are gone. Is there a way to restore these?
