I’ve started teh free trial and intend to pay for a full year but every time I try to duplicate a board now I get a pop up telling me that I have reached my maximum and I need to upgrade (which I have DONE!). This is very frustrating and is preventing me from working while I am at a research retreat. 

Hi @Erika Matruglio  - For time being would you like to try in a different browser / private browser to continue you research - it will work for sure, meantime i believe this will be fixed by internal support group.
