Hi,
I’ve been making org charts for a couple of weeks now, but today when i created the one below the ‘visualization’ option didn’t appear so I’m unable to show this vertically. Is this a system glitch?

showing another image since for some reason it gave me ‘page’ options not org chart options despite the same fields being highlighted

thanks, I had another screenshot (see below) i thought i sent which included the highlight of the whole org chart and the right panel showed ‘org chart’ without the visualization. I clicked multiple times within the org chart and not on a line. I ended up clicking ‘clear format’ and this reset the chart and the option reappeared.
