I have been importing data sets to create org charts in Lucid for over a year and have never had an issue.   When importing my data set today no org chart creates at all.  I just get the data set visible in the data window in a tabular format.   Any suggestions? 

Hey @Leanne -- thanks for posting! Are you using the Org Chart shape and clicking import data or are you trying to do this another way? Here is our Org Charts Lucid Help Center article -- would you care to take a look at that and ensure you are uploading your data correctly?
