Can't change the color of this shape

Hello I need to change the color of the shape below (looks like a sheriff's badge). No matter what I try I'm unable to change the color. What am I doing wrong? Whenever I click the bucket icon to try and change the color I select the new color but nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Consistently printing out regardless of how big flowchart is..

I have 3 pages that I need to print out and each flow prints out differently/sizes. I need them to be relatively the same size so I can submit them to my management team for review. Please advise.

Is there a way to change my existing flowchart from horizontal to vertical in Lucidchart?

I have just created a flowchart in Lucidchart and realised that it is very long and unwieldy. It would be much better with the swim lanes going vertically rather than horizontally. Is there a way to do this without re-doing the whole diagram?

Automatic page number update

I want to be able to display the page number of documents automatically. I found that there is a "page number" on the insertion tab. However even when inserting it the number is not changed automatically by copying to the second and subsequent pages. How can I automatically switch page numbers?

Standard logo on each page

 Hello - I'm working on an Org Chart and I want to create a master template stamped on each of the pages with a company logo. Some of the pages of my org chart have different scaling to fit on one page but the logo is never on the same page on each of them and I don't know how i could standardize this. I am not able to find anything. Like in powerpoint your solutions for master say it's it is like but isn't. How can I achieve this with a different scale on each page?

When a document is shared why doesn't it show in my files?

Hi I had a co-worker share a document and I can open it just fine but it won't show in my documents. I tried file > Save as but it still didn't save to my documents. How do I save the file into my documents so I can manage it going forward? Thanks for your help. Laura.

Editing Org Chart Template

Hello I would like assistance in editing my current document. I used a company org chart template which looks very nice however I need it to differentiate the levels more between President EVP SVP VP ect. For example we currently have our President overseeing the EVP SVPs VPs ect. all at the same level which is not completely accurate because the status of their positions is different. Furthermore we would like to place the EVP under the President but branched out to the side under him to show that he is next in command but not showing that everyone else reports to him because they do not. I hope this makes sense but if it doesn't please let me know. Thank you Lulu

Do Lucid offer free seats for people outside of organization?

Hi Support team We have enterprise account with many licenses on Lucid. We have a use case when we need to collaboratively work on one diagram with a couple of people from an external organization. We can't add them and spend licenses to them. We know it's a normal practice when a cloud collaborative app offers limited seats for free use outside of organization. Like: "purchase 100 licenses and get 5 free seats for external collaborators with a bit restricted functionality". Does Lucidchart have anything similar? Regards Aleks

using diagram as a rule maker

Hi I have an usercontrol which works as a rule maker running on windows applications. We use rule maker for creating scenarios including conditions and actions as it shown below. Now I have to get new structure which should provide my rulewizard's facilities running on web application with angularjs. But I have no idea how to do this because I'm really new on web development. I have searched lucidchart templates and decision flowchart has the features what I want. I hope that when i click the new scenario button on my webpage new page will be open clearly and i can create a new scenario with event handling by using lucidchart template objects. Is it possible or not ? If it is possible how can i advance ? Thanks.

How can I block people from requesting access to my team?

I have a team account for a specific project team that is limited to only members of the project.  Whenever anyone from my company (with same domain address -- i.e. @mycompany.com) tries to get into LucidChart for the first time they are apparently offered the opportunity to request joining my team which I can't let them do.  I don't see a way to block this in my admin or team settings. Can I stop people from getting this offer? Thank you.

Adding new users without triggering an email

Hi there I need to allocate ~900 licences to students on my module.  I have a csv file and so can add tehm.   However I would prefer not to trigger an email automatically from the system but prefer for tutors to tell their students when they cover the training material. If I leave the password field blank I can see that an automatic email is generated. if i give everyone a default email will this lead to NO emails to the person? Thank you Graham

Link two off-page connectors

Hi Is there a way to link two off-page connectors? In other words when I click on the off-page connector A located on one page 1 page 2 will open up with the corresponding off-page connector A centered on that page. I am currently using the "Link to Page" capability which works great. However I think it will be more slick and easier for the user to see the connection (when there are multiple off-page connectors) if the linked page was centered on the corresponding off-page connector. Lost document

Hi there I have lost one important document from a folder. It just suddenly disappeared as I was deleting another document from the same folder. I can't find both in the Trash.  It's from a shared folder. Please help.  Thanks.
