When trying to import the Netgear visio stencils (provided as a vss file) it fails to import into Lucid. The link for download is provided below. Please note it works in Visio.

Please navigate to the "Import and Search for Shapes and Images" section of this article that explains the process of importing a Visio stencil file. If that does not help please email support@lucidchart.com so they can take a closer look at the problem you're experiencing.
