I have a PostGres DB I want to extract the public schema from. I can get the code to work and extract the ERD to a CSV file. However the code provided by Lucid doesn't extract the relationships between tables?  The following column is missing some data:   character_maximum_length  The following columns are EMPTY:  constraint_type   table_schema table_name column_name   help please

I want to draw a line that is just a drawing and does not have a mind of its own when objects around it are moved. The electrical symbols have them but I can not figure out how to create my own drawn line with no  connection.properties. How do you do it?

I see we can provide documents and types but can I create an area to document constraints? I've seen that null/not null is not yet supported but can we at least get some place to articulate constraints textually (bonus points for formally)?

Hi   I am building ER diagram of existing system .The document size is growing bigger . Could you please suggest some feature to make it more readable for the users ?   One point which I can think of is to collapse the table but I don't see that option with the table . Kindly suggest   Regards Neha

Microsoft Teams App Integration I have a paid Lucid license and use MS Teams. Does another user need to have a paid 'lucid' license in order to 'view or edit' a lucidchart that has been added to a channel in Teams? At present the way I share my lucidcharts with colleagues is to 'publish' them and send them the URL (which they can 'view'). I just want to know how/if that method would be improved through the Teams integration. Thanks

I'm trying to use Lucidchart in Offline Mode and it works great except there's a large black pop-up in the lower left that obscures part of the screen. It says "We're having trouble saving your recent changes. Please try reconnecting to the internet and contact our support team if the error persists." Obviously I'm not connected to the internet - I'm using offline mode. I know I'm working offline and this thing is getting in the way of my limited laptop screen real estate. Is there anyway to get rid of pop-up notifications that appear in the lower left corner? It's making me crazy. Also ieach feature you add while in you're in offline mode blinks continuously until you reconnect to the internet. This make offline mode nearly impossible to use. I like the pop-up at the top of the page that warns me of offline use because I'm able to hit a little X to hide it and it doesn't actually obscure anything I need. I'm really really hoping there's a way to get rid of the blinking and the ot

Is there any issues that we should be aware of regarding this vulnerability?  Does Lucid use it on the backend and if so what steps have you taken to mitigate any risk?

Hi I have configured SAML on both our IDP and lucidchart but I am seeing "Your team is not configured for SAML. Please have your team admin contact support."

Do lines count towards the 60 shape limit?

Is there any way to have objects snap only to objects in the active group or layer? I'm frequently moving objects "out of the way" so that the objects I'm working with don't snap to something in another layer or group sometimes halfway across the document.

I am using the LucidChart integration to insert diagrams in Google slides and docs.  I have seen especially in Google slides that the resolution of the diagrams are very poor and do not match the resolution in LucidChart.  I have looked around and can not find any way to fix this.  Has anyone seen this problem?  And if so... how did you fix it??

This happened while collaborating on the UML Design. See Image. What should we do? Im worried about fixing all of it manually just for it to happen again. I've tried - Logging out and logging back in Clearing cooking etc Logging in with different email address (by giving it access) What should we do? Has anyone else faced this issue?

Getting an error attempting to embed a LucidChart diagram on a wiki page: I've confirmed I have edit & share access to the diagram - interestingly I AM able to embed a digram I created on the same page. Any ideas on how to fix?

How do i add more columns to my import?  I can only add the persons name and supervisor and image

I'm trying to put together an ERD diagram that involves 100+ tables. I was able to import data and load the tables correctly. However they are now just tables in my toolbox. I don't want to have to drag each table into the diagram space one at a time. Is there anyway I can drag and drop all tables at once?

How do I flip or rotate doors.  Arc indicator fails to show and the "flipping function" in Shape options fails to rotate doors.

Use Case - Org ChartData import via google sheet works as expected. How can I use people profile pictures that are stored on Google Drive?I have added a column in the Google Sheet and copied the Google Drive URL of the people profile picture  but it seems not to work.  After DATA SET REFRESH in Lucidchart the people profile pictures are not shown. It seems the Google Drive URL of the picture is not correct.Any ideas or tricks how this will work?

Hello we use Lucid thought out the organization which works great except for hardware engineering because typical pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical libraries aren't available and those that get imported just look awful (missing lines scaling issues).  So any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Hi AllIs there a way to remove the defaulting of no. of visible fields on a shape when importing from a shape library? When I drag it in it defaults to 3 and I have to keep expanding it every time I drag it in. This can get very tedious when I have more than 10 fields. Thanks
