After we click the button from Salesforce the Lucid chart only allows us to make one change before the document locks up. We can still navigate but we can't adjust any of the picklist fields. We noticed that we don't have users assigned to the Saleforce app so wondering if we have the proper licensing. Does Lucidchart need to give us access because we can't find that anywhere on your site.

Thanks for posting in the community! I’m sorry for the trouble you are having with the Lucidchart Sales Solution and am happy to help. First would you mind trying this again in a Chrome Incognito browsing session? This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.


Could you also try dragging a new GTP service onto your canvas then navigate away from it then click it again and see the right hand menu open? From here please click the Layout tab and try to toggle on and off "Show Field Titles" under "Field Options" then try to switch the field under "Select Field".

  • The URL of the document so that we can take a closer look.

  • A screenshot of the issue.

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
