I added an editor to an org chart but they seem to only have permission to view the chart. They can't move people around add or delete. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

This has either to do with the sharing permissions you set for the document the type of license your collaborator was granted (if you are on an Enterprise account) or the account level your collaborators are on.

If a collaborator is on a lower-level account type than you they may not be able to edit the shared document even if you have given them edit access.

I have created a support ticket on your behalf so that I can look into all these possibilities and give you a more precise answer. I will get back to you via email directly!
